Came in for the first time today. Customer service is amazing. Lots of options for yogurt. The toppings selection is very large lots of different options. This is our new favorite place.

Overall a delicious experience! You get quality frozen yogurt with a variety of toppings! They also have vegan options. However, items are a little on the pricey side and customer service needs improvement.

The frozen yogurt is really good, however the atmosphere is terrible. The workers always have an attitude. It feels like all they want is for me to get my ice cream and leave. I only come here for the frozen yogurt and that’s because it’s the only good one here. Wish the workers were more welcoming. I also found a piece of hair in one of the toppings and when I told of the workers, she gave me an attitude like I was the one who put the hair in there.

It's been overdue for me to rate this place, honestly! The frozen yogurt quality and options are wonderful, and the quality of the toppings are always great. It's so nice to be able to get fruit topping that's actually fresh and not either mushy or heavily preserved in a sauce.Bonus points for having airy whipped cream and not cool whip. Nothing against cool whip, but I don't really care for the texture of it on my soft serve or my yogurt.The only thing I recommend is checking the hours before you stop over. I have had times where I try to stop in after dinner only to find they're closed. They aren't a late night location, and you may be tight on time to stop over for a post-meal dessert. Summer hours are a tiny bit later if I recall, so you may have better luck with a night time dessert pit stop in the June-August months.But all the same, I recommend the stop. The price is great (it's by your bowl's weight, so it's ultimately up to you), the food quality is lovely, and it's a nice, calm atmosphere and a very clean store.

I have never been here in person, though I have ordered from here a few times on DoorDash. Every time I’ve ordered anything from here, it has always been handled with delicacy and care. My orders are never just tossed in bags, or just quickly put together, everything comes exactly as asked. It is always the correct sizes, toppings etc.. so thank you to the employees and the staff. Another thing that really made my day was that when I received my order there was a little smiley face on my receipt, I know it’s small but it actually made my entire night. It says my server was Maci G, thank you to her!! I’ll continue ordering from here whenever I’m craving it. :))

Love this place!! The best chain for frozen yogurt! Serve yourself with so many cool flavors. Dairy free and sugar free options. So tasty and refreshing. So many toppings to choose from! Definitely gotta go if you’ve never been. Great to take kids to but good for all ages too! Price by weight of your bowl.
