I had our high school volleyball team in from Buffalo for a tournament and we were looking for catered food for a team dinner at the hotel. I called and set up everything with Amy's help. The food was absolutely amazing and the service that Amy and her team provided was top notch. She helped me pick out the menu and quantities which were perfect for our size party. The brisket and pulled were the best I've ever had and the side dishes (beans, mac 'n cheese, and macaroni salad) were amazing, but nothing could touch the PERFECT corn bread. Thank you Amy and your team for an awesome experience!

I am not a fan of smoked meat but I definitely find this place to be excellent. You had me at candied bacon. The quality and quantity is good and the place is very clean and bright. Their sauces are available on the side. I will definitely be back.

The quality of the brisket and macaroni and cheese did not meet my expectations and were not to my satisfaction. Consequently, I will not be returning to the establishment nor recommending it to others. However, I must commend the excellent service provided by the staff.
