We went to the Clifton Park, NY location. We sat down and noticed it was HOT in the place to start off. We were told to seat ourselves (2 people) but most of the tables hadn’t been cleared. Food was HORRIBLE. Waitress was an absolute delight as the food wasn’t her fault. For 2 of us, we got an appetizer platter; boneless wings were overcooked, never got ranch for them until I asked the waitress - potato skins were PITIFUL, no filling in them at all - the marinara sauce was choppy and the mozz sticks were still cold (all in my pic below). We both ordered the new truffle aoili mushroom burger… burger itself was juicy but no toppings on it other than mushrooms and arugula so it was dry as a bone. I won’t be to this location as the Albany location was so much better and nicer but shut down before January 1, 2024. We did see the manager twice, but he didn’t say a word to us about how our food wasn’t right or any apologies.
We ordered strawberry daiquiris. It was crushed ice and a bitter hint taste of strawberry. Who knows. We didnt complain. Bartender was young and it was hot outside. We drank it. Ordered an array of appetizers, ate and left. Then went to a bar to sing and have our 2 drinks. Life is good.

Food was absolutely disgusting. 5 minutes after we were seated, a bus pulled in and about 30-40 people got off. All attention went to them. The cook brought us our food and that was the last we had anyone at our table..never came to check on us or refill our drinks. People sat at the bar complaining about dirty glasses and didn't get waited on for 20 minutes. I had to go to the bar to my dinner bill. Will not be back.

I’m a counselor at a camp. And I came there the other day with a groups of kids from the camp. They all enjoyed their self. Staff was amazing. They loved the food. I would definitely bring them back here again.

I went in last night for a late night experience and was greeted and served by the sweetest girl Janai! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was to my liking i’m very satisfied with the visit and love her customer service!
We waited an hour for food, no one here seems to care. We were the only people here, we ordered two apps and two salads picky. Ridiculous.

I came in yesterday evening when I came in there was no one there to greet me. As I went to sit myself down I saw 3 ladies (1 manager 1 was the bartender I seen before n the other a server I think) who was sitting on a table by the bar they didn't even greet me nor acknowledge me at all. It was a long min before they did. When they finally did . Food was ok but the service was lacking of professionalism .

What a selection of food!So many choices it's hard to decide what to eat!but the staff were super nice and helpful. The steak was seriously melt-in-your-mouth. Will definitely come back
Usually I love coming to this Fridays for pick up even though it's Usually 10-15mins behind my food is Usually on point. However lastnight not only was it behind my food was below par, I know some nights can be a bad night for the kitchen, but when I called to speak to a manager about my missing and for lack of better words smashed food he made it sound like everything was more of a inconvenience for him than me. I ended up with someone else's food but it was a serious inconvenience for him that he had to remake the stuff that was handed out wrong. Didn't at any point offer any sort of refund for anything and simply said that if I could come in 2 days from now and he would do me the favor of replacing the missing entree. Not mention none of the extra sauces or condiments i paid for were in the bag. I find this seriously unprofessional.

Our waitress was Alina a and we had a great time with her as our server. We went on the 4th of July and we're just so greatful that they were open! The food and service were fast and we had a lovely time. Absolutely recommend
