While always delicious, the cost for what you get is absurd. I paid 18 dollars for a coffee, 2 bagels with the least bit of cream cheese I've ever seen, and one plain bagel. A loyal customer since they opened their doors… I can’t justify it anymore. No longer worth the cost;

We opted for a classic everything bagel with cream cheese, along with a piping hot cup of coffee, hash browns and the sub! The bagel was perfectly toasted, with a crispy exterior giving way to a soft, chewy center. The cream cheese was generously spread, adding a creamy richness to each bite. The coffee was robust and flavorful, the ideal complement to my meal. was impressed by the wide selection of bagels and toppings on offer. From classic options like plain and sesame seed to more adventurous choices like everything and cinnamon raisin, there was something to suit every palate. The menu also featured a variety of spreads, meats, cheeses, and fresh vegetables, allowing for endless customization.

Just went to get a bagel with flavored cream cheese and a small coffee -- PRICE INCREASE YET AGAIN - almost $10.00 They're prices are out of control!!!!!

We placed an order through uber eats for pick up.The young employee handing out pick up orders was busy talking to her friend/customer, going down memory lane asking how they’ve been, etc etc. Completely ignoring me or asking why i’m standing there or asking if I’m being helped. One of the adult staff members was more respectful and actually helped attend to my order.Then there was the issue with the BOGO free policies.The buy one get one free option for bagels is only applied to the first bagel you add to your cart. Any additional bagels you add are charged at full price.This was not communicated to me by the staff behind the counter. In fact their explanation was “it’s because you added cream cheese to the other ones” which does not make any sense.I also selected the buy one get one free option for an iced coffee, when I asked the staff about the free one, they said “we don’t know about that policy for the coffee” and shrugged it off.I didn’t have time to argue so I left with the order. On top of that they said they left a straw in the bag for the coffee, and I chose to have the bagels toasted. The straw was missing and the bagels were not toasted.Thanks

Bad service, I order ahead and when I went to pick up my order, they didn't even started my order. And when I ask why it wasn't ready since I placed my order around 20 minutes ago, the lady just said "yeah I know"

I rarely don’t write reviews but I cannot ignore the bad experience I had with this establishment.I really wanted to like this bagel store so I tried it last Sunday. Line to order was not the issue. I was taken care of quickly after a short wait. My orders were very simple.After my orders were taken, waited about almost a hour right in front of the counter. While standing waiting and watching people after me getting their food. Staff didnt bother to ask why I’m still there.Many people passed me those behind me on the line and those who came in way after me. They got their orders quickly enough.After a while, I approached the cashier and asked if my order was ready yet. She told me it wasn’t - told her I already waited a long time for simple orders and people got their food already after me. The response was ‘it happens’, okay that was acceptable. Then she came back to me to asked what my orders were and wrote it down again like the first time she took it even I already paid when I placed my order. This got me angry , so I told her to give me my money back instead. I proceeded to talk to the manager who apologized and he didn’t even bother asking me who the cashier was so he can at least speak to her so it can be done more efficiently every time., That’s very poor customer service as far as I’m concern.

Saturday morning at a bagel shop on long island it was busy AF. & these people had a line out to the door consistently but it was consistently moving. They were efficient and friendly. The food options are plenty! Everything was delicious!!
