This location has been on a steep decline for years but I was craving Mac and cheese so I stopped by yesterday evening. The doors were locked. No sign indicating why. Maybe it finally closed?So apparently they have not paid their rent in a year and were evicted.

I stopped in the evening to grab dinner for my family as it was a long day for us. Place was dirty, food display glass was uncleaned, employee on the phone not attentive to customer, had to call several times to get her attention. On the food counter there was cleaning products and was not taking cards. not the best experience. It is sad that the location in Islip closed.

Disgusting I am shook at how disgusting the store was I walked in last night to a store that was approximately 85° and smelly no a/c The food was a mess. The potatoes were brown, and all the food was mixed into all the other food items. The floors and tables were all dirty! There was nobody at the counter , they were hiding in the back so I waited while waiting. I noticed a few things about the store it was disgusting they did not except credit cards and when she walked finally out from the back she was gross and dirty looking as if she had not showered for weeks . She had this i dont care about this place attitude and then said they had no chicken. Isn't that what the store focuses on? I was so upset at how dirty it was And how it looked like it was going to be going out of business in the next day or two what a shame!!!! The board of health needs to pay this place a visit!!! Stay away

Horrible quality food. The chicken was so greasy I threw my food out. This place is cash only and it’s a rip off. The place is filthy. Avoid this place!!!!! Go somewhere else.

I came here today to pick up an Uber order, the lady working here was extremely rude and unprofessional. She took about 3-4 minutes to even acknowledge I was inside the store. Then she couldn’t find the Uber order so she told me they just didn’t have any gravy at all; which was a lie because I saw it. I had the customer call the store, along with Uber support and I stood inside while the phone rang about 6 times and she just ignored it. They were not busy, there wasn’t one other person in the restaurant at the time. Zero stars.Side note, the restaurant was extremely unwelcoming. It was super hot and muggy inside, floors were greasy and the whole store seemed dirty. I would never come here to get food for myself.The woman working here also had the back emergency exit door propped wide open, allowing flies and all sorts of bugs from outside come in.Update: was sent here the other day for another Uber order way before closing time, there was a messy note written on the back of a receipt taped to the door saying they closed early because they ran out of chicken.This is by far the worst location of Boston market.No chicken, no gravy? Closing early?Get it together or close down so a better restaurant can open up.

absolutely never again. ordered takeout. my chicken was ice cold. the mashed potatoes looked like vomit. the cornbread was stale. i can't believe i wasted my hard earned money on this. my poor dogs who eat anything wouldn't even eat this. complete waste = like throwing your money in the dumpster. garbage food. stay away . place should just call it quits and shut down

so a few mins ago I order Boston market on DoorDash as you will see on the receipt i posted i ordered the 2 meat combo I selected chicken and meatloaf and my sides were mash potatoes and cilantro rice with a sprite...what I received was double chicken and 2 sides of mash potatoes with a water no meatloaf no riceno sprite DoorDash says they can't do anything about it and to call Boston market I call them maybe 15 times nobody answers so here I am stuck with a meal I didn't order I just want what I paid for idk how you get this many things wrong in 1 order I hope Boston market sees this and makes it right cause this is not ok

We went there to get a dinner for 4. They told us no Turkey and no mashed potatoes. They gave us uncooked red potatoes. The Mac and cheese was watery, no taste, the corn muffins tasted under cooked. I will never go here again. We spent $50.00 wasted. So bad we threw it out. Horrible!!

Just ate the worst meal of my life... they had very little food available to even choose from, was told that what was there is only for the online orders... place looks like it's going out of business, employee was rude, stood waiting to order for over 5 min before I was even acknowledged. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!

The worst Boston market ever! I come here a lot b/c I live close, they never have fresh chicken or sides to choose from the bread is always very stale and the lady who runs it always has the worst attitude like your bothering her when you order . DONT GO HERE !!!
