I ordered on the website before going to the drive thru. Line was very long and I didn't save any time by ordering, except for not having to pay at pick up. The merge two lanes of traffic together in the drive thru line, the problem with that arrangement as well as in a car wash, or on public roads is that most people don't know how to let someone go in front of them if it's their turn. It's referred to as the zipper merge and it should be supervised by their staff so the line moves quicker. Unfortunately driver education is horrible at teaching new drivers!

Where do I start, the soda was 3/4 filled with ice and a quarter of soda, they’re a little chicken nuggets or whatever you wanna call them were soggy, and the food was so overpriced. It was absolutely ridiculous. I would never recommend them to anybody. I don’t know what happened to Chick-fil-A but their food really isn’t as good anymore not worth the money.

Chick fil store is a classic store. I can say it's a bit busy. But the service is very good. If you order before you come to the store, the staff will bring your order to your seat.Parking: Chick fil store is right next to IKEA and the mall, so parking is never a problem. An extra advantage is that after shopping, you can grab a bite to eat a few minutes walk away.Location in Hicksville and close to the train station
