After a hard days work, I was looking forward to a southwest bowl. Decided to order ahead on my phone for pickup on moe’s app and it says I can’t place orders online anymore. No biggie, I’ll just drive up and order in person myself. I show up 30 minutes before close (right after work) and doors are lock and staff is sitting in the dining area. I was getting bizarre looks from those who closed their store early. There’s no shame. I guess I’ll go to chipotle for a bowl since THEY ACTUALLY SERVE UNTIL CLOSE!

If I could give this place a negative 5 I would. I ran in here for lunch on October 5th and ordered a stack Togo. I arrived home and while eating it came across a piece of metal that nearly chipped my tooth. When I emailed corporate they just apologized and said they’d let the location know. As a person that has worked in Hospitality for many years this is unacceptable.

Moe's is a place I thoroughly enjoy frequently. It was great until they denied my mother her birthday burrito. It was frustrating, BUT was resolved with Christina who took her time helping us by talking to management! She was kind, excellent to work with and ultimately got my mother her burrito for her birthday ?! I do recommend trying them out ?
I've been a Moe's customer for 10 + years. This location really does skimp you on the meat. A paying customer should get a real scoop of the meat like I get in all the other locations that I've ever been to. Here they give you half a scoop and tell you pay extra for more. The womens name is Gabby also turns out to be the manager helping me. She lied out loud to embarrass me to everyone and to her coworkers speaking in Spanish that "She does this every time here" with a bad tone. I remember the last managers face. He was nice and friendly I never had a problem with the food ever.The reason why I stopped coming here was because of her demeanor towards me from the last time. Many months ago. Yes I did mention the poor scoop and it was once the last time I was here many months ago. I didn't miss the food that much to want to come back to accept any bad customer service from anybody.So they are skimping customers here it's weird. I only know they are because like I said before> I used to be a very frequent Moe's customer. About 6 years with this location and longer at the glencove location. The Glencove is amazing.

The food was good. Similar to chiptole style. Good options for food and flavorful. A little saltier than expected.The service was impeccable, every was so kind and respectful. Truly a wonderful staff and service team.The atmosphere was slightly dull. It’s a quick grab and go style of eatery.
Good for a speedy inexpensive meal. Good for teens. Chips and guacamole are good. I liked the kids meal deal.
