Bad service, equally bad sandwich. Woman behind the counter seemed irritated that we were there despite us being the only people in the place. Sandwich was flavorless and the “homemade bread” was terrible.

Visited this location prior to a tour of the baseball HOF. It is a very cool general store atmosphere flavored with a deli theme. It is casual and primarily self service for drinks, chips, etc. I enjoyed the “godfather” deli sandwich with the vegetarian chili. Both were very enjoyable. The chili was full of vegetables and was seasoned terrifically. The sandwich was full of meats and cheeses topped with sweet red peppers and Italian dressing. There was only one person actually doing all the work it seemed. Keep this in mind on your visit. The food is well worth any wait you will experience.

They say they are the best sandwich in the area. The sandwich is just meh. The whole store looks very odd. Only 1 person working in the front, so it takes a while. The rest of the store looks half-empty with some loose items in between, not organized at all. It is also dark and dingy and does not look very clean.

We waited 30 minutes for two sandwiches and a bagel and there was hardly anyone else there. The sandwiches were on a bad roll. The bagel was soggy. Don't go.

Same as other poster. Sandwich was meh; wait was super long and there was nobody else there. Stay away

1/2 an hour wait, for 2 sandwiches. Unfazed and unfriendly staff. Food was average, but certainly not worth the wait. Stay away. Plenty of other and better options available nearby.

Arrived at before 11 waited in queue for 10 minutes and at 11.01 we were served and told that breakfast is no longer served because it's 11.01.

Went in for lunch. Took 1 hour to get in and out. Had to up my parking time while there. Only sandwiches were ordered. Maybe 4 tables occupied so it will want that busy. If you go, plan to wait. They are not urgent in any way. Side note…I usually don’t write reviews.

We weren't planning on eating in Cooperstown but after walking around the HOF we worked up an appetite. We stumbled upon Danny's Market and I knew when I saw the Boar's Head sign we had picked the right spot. The restaurant reminded me of a old drugstore we have in my hometown. Food was fantastic and I actually left with half of mine and ate it for supper. 10 out of 10 Recommend.

Good menu with lots of choices. We got 2 soups (chili and broccoli/cheese) and split a hot pressed chicken melt from their specials. All choices were good. You order and then you're called when it's ready. Cute little seating area and clean. We didn't have to wait long- there was only one person manning the store and I think she did a great job. Food was fresh to order and good. Sandwich was really good. We enjoyed the soups very much. Simple, quick and tasted great. A good option for a bite while visiting the town.

Cute little deli with some really great sandwiches. Stopped recently with 4 teenagers and all of us had something really good. The 10" French bread that the sandwiches come on is very well made and compliments their sandwich combinations very well. They also have some very cool niche products there. Definitely will be checking them out again, without the teenagers!?
