Just went in to order a bec while waiting there noticed a big roached crawl up on the counter . The lady seen it instead of killing it she threw it on the floor which i seen it get awayThen noticed another one by the floorI lost my appetite and upset just spent 12$ to toss away in the garbage never again i will step foot in this place

The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant visit, providing excellent recommendations and prompt service.The variety and quality of bagels and deli selections are top-notch, and the prices are incredibly reasonable for the generous portions. The standout feature, however, is the owner’s charming and sweet demeanor. They genuinely care about their customers, creating a personal and memorable experience.I’m already planning my next visit. The best bagel place anywhere near south Suffolk/Nassau border. The staff always helps with a smile, has a great memory for regulars, and will go above and beyond to make sure you got what you wantThey also have been extremely fair with pricing relative to nearby bagel places and all the inflation increases.Parking: The parking lot sucks, but there’s always a spot somewhere. Tight parking!

Ordered an egg sandwich on a bagel. While standing there waiting I noticed a HUGE roach walking on the counter and into a fruit basket they have with bananas in it for sale. Totally disgusting !!! I walked out. Get an exterminator !!!!!
Went here the other day, ordered an egg sandwich and then saw a HUGE roach crawling around the fruit basket on the counter that they sell bananas from. These people need an exterminator !!! This wasn't a baby roach. I walked out as I lost my appetite !!!

This used to be the spot to go but unfortunately the prices are higher then the norm. BEC on a roll or bagel is $7 & comes with NOTHING. It wouldn’t be so bad if the sandwich was thick but it lacks luster. Go down the block to Schwartz or Lindy Bagels right on Montauk Hywy. Prices are cheaper & comes with coffee or juice & the food is much better at Schwartz’s Bagel.

I’ve only recently started coming here and it’s pretty cool that the staff seem to remember a lot of their customers; by the third time they remembered my order.I can’t remember the last time I went to a place as friendly as this.Also super nice that they have a vegan cheese and cream cheese.
