I've yet to have a bad meal here. They always remember my favorite order and they serve it up with a smile. I also love looking at the fish while I'm waiting.

Pretty darn good. We have been finding it hard to find really crave-able chinese takeout in the Burbs. We have gone so far as making our own wonton soup with homemade wontons. No more! We ordered wonton soup, crab rangoon, and cashew chicken combo. The wonton soup was D-LICIOUS!! Their wontons have nice, thick wrappers and are filled nicely. I believe they hand make the wrappers, which is a great added bonus to the quality. I'm not a big crab rangoon lover, but my husband is. He raved about them. The dipping sauce was definitely on par. The cashew chicken was good. It lacked the crave-ability I really was looking for, but it was good. Egg roll was great. Pork fried rice was a little lackluster. I highly recommend adding it to your eating spots! I'm excited to try some of the other entrees.

Best Chinese restaurant in croton/new castle/mill wood area. Decent seating area in the restaurant which is rare in Chinese fast food restaurants.

I am still looking for a replacement for the now closed Buchanan's Lee Terrace. Unfortunately this place is no match. It's standard Chinese Takeout. Big portions but that's about it. I always go for a Hot-Sour Soup and a portion of Veggie Fried Rice. The Soup hat way too much Soy Sauce and it did not taste good, the Veggie Rice had no chance to reach my taste buds again after having a spoonful of that soup. Not worth for me to make the trip to Croton.Remember dear reader: This review is only about those two dishes I had (my favorites) and I was disappointed. Other dishes are probably delicious. So please try yourself!

This is my go-to chinese joint. They're really nice, always hook me up with some goodie (usually egg rolls). Fried dumplings are on point. Having lived in NYC I have high expectations of my local Chinese joint. Dong's checks all the boxes.

Not the best Chinese food I have ever had. It was good enough for the price, and having some seating was nice. The staff was friendly, it was clean. The fry oil was a little past its prime, making the egg roll a bit off. We left satisfied and fueled up for an afternoon

I came here on a Friday night for takeout. I ordered the Shrimp with Lobster Sauce and Chicken Chow Mein. The food was not bad. The service was quite backed up and was not ready when promised. This is not uncommon for Chinese takeout places. I would come back here again.

Best pork fried rice and chicken wings in all Hudson Valley. It always tastes as delicious as the first time and when I think of getting Chinese I only choose them. Today I tried their chicken broccoli and pork fried rice and it's now my favorite!

If you haven't eaten food here, you're missing out. I have been eating food from here since I was 5 years old. Now in my mid 20's I still come back as often as I can to eat their delicious food even if I have to make a long drive. The lady at the front knows my family's orders by heart and always greets us with a smile. She has catered to me and my family's picky needs in the food. We don't get Chinese food from anywhere except here. Great service, great food, quick and affordable. Thank you for the wonderful food memories you have given me and my family all these years! You won't be disappointed!

We missed our Poughkeepsie-bound Metro-North express train in NYC and were trying to get there via local service. Our plans to get to Poughkeepsie and have dinner before driving to the Albany area were not going to work out. We were finally on a train, not having eaten since noon (It as nearly 7 pm). Hubby takes medication which necessitates regular mealtimes. We knew we would not have time to eat before getting on the only train that would take us from Croton-on-Harmon to Poughkeepsie. We decided to look online for a restaurant that would deliver to the train station at Croton-on-Harmon. Picked Dong Happy Garden. What a perfect, fortunate experience it was. We had a half-hour window between trains. Our food was delivered by car to the front of the station where we were waiting. It was the best Chinese food I've ever eaten, honestly. I had shrimp lo mein and hubby had spring rolls and beef w/mixed vegetables and rice. All was delicious, fresh tasting and nicely seasoned. Everything we needed for dinner on the fly was in the bag, including fortune cookies. All this for $20.10, tax inclulded. Free delivery. We tipped the nice young man who dropped it off. I wish we lived closer - we'd be regular customers!
