I actually used to work at this location about 12 years ago. Standards were high back then, and I don't feel like they are anymore. They are out of things often which is understandable, it's the closest location to Lockport so they are always busy as it is the northernmost location in our area so all of the people are going to go to this one as they are entering Erie county to do shopping or any other errands they have. Come here quite a few times a week and I get a venti iced quad soy latte to feed my addiction. The barista Matt is always so friendly and I enjoy conversing with him. He deserves a raise! This Starbucks truly is a class act, will continue to be a long term customer. Actually at this point I should be considered family.
I visit this store 2-3 times per week for the last year or more and typically order ahead bc I know how busy they are. If you order during peak busy times, like rush hour, you run a good chance of your order being correct bc they have their star players on deck. But if you order in the afternoon or on weekends, it's hit or miss. I always order the same one or two things yet they get the order wrong 50% of the time.
