03/01/24 10:55am I stood in a emty store waiting for someone to take my order then another customer walks in and got his order taken before me then the worker proceeded to prepare the guys order with out acknowledging me. So i left the store, im not going to beg someone to take my money poor service.

Came in to redeem my whopper reward and I’m very happy with how the burger was freshly hot and vegetables were cut and lettuce portions. The cashier tho she looked mean but NYC paying $16 an hour so she can complain if she still payed below minimum wage. There’s also dirty people or homeless who do god knows what in the bathrooms. No toilet paper or soaps but hey I’m not expecting Hilton tree at LGA but police or security have to kick them out. But the food was excellent

The manager Diaz is so nasty has no customer service manners. I need somebody to phone corporate office to contact me. I left a message it was very disrespectful. It was so female at 2 PM Friday, December 1.
I have been patronizing this location for a number of years with no major issues, ever. Within the last year or so, every time you visit the drive-thru, they ask you to move your vehicle to the side of the pick-up window so they can then bring your food out to you, rather than wait at the actual window. I assume there is a service timer or something and this is their workaround of sorts. Pretty annoying and a waste of time when they then bring your food within minutes. Also to note, on more than one occasion, there is a young guy, 20's, glasses and long hair/pony tail that works the drive-thru. This "gentleman" for a better use of words is incompetent, arrogant and really makes visiting this location a bit painful. Yea, it's fast food, can't expect much, but this guys attitude/demeanor speaks volumes for his character, reflects the establishment and the way they operate and handle business. Subpar. - 0/5 ⭐️'sParking: Large, on-site parking lot with ample space.
