Bull and Bear Roadhouse - Catering

Thank you to the East Syracuse location for accommodating our large group earlier this month! With several tables, plenty of food orders, kids enjoying the games, and lots of movement and drink refills—it could’ve been a challenge. The staff handled it with smiles and excellent service. Thank you for welcoming our high school trap team!

Stopped into the Bull & Bear in Fayetteville last night for dinner as i was craving their “wicked good cheese curds.” They were phenomenal as always. My roommate got some of their speciality wings, the dill pickle flavor. She loved them. They had some sort of game happening… I think it was called syracuse says? Or something like that. It reminded me of Family Feud, we were happy we got to play along as we ate. They had prizes too! Overall was a very fun night. We will be going back

We went in here yesterday, and it was absolutely horrible service. We've been here a few times before, I was made aware they used same fryer with shellfish. When my plate came out with fries on it; I said I could not eat it due to my allergy to shellfish. So the MANGER brought me the SAME plate back out without the fries on it and tried to assure me it was FINE and PROTOCOL CHANGED SINCE HE STARTED THERE. I still asked for it to be REMADE and he was reluctant to do so and kept telling me it was FINE. He said it would be " a few mins." Knowing burgers take more than 2-3 mins, and a plate was already out to me, I questioned HOW fresh it was. After eating a little of it did my throat already feel scratchy and started showing symptoms of cross contimaniaion for anaphylaxis to start. The manger came over again to ENSURE me it was FRESHLY MADE AND SHELLFISH IS NOT COOKED ON SAME SURFACES AS ANYTHING ELSE. The manger was rude, inconsiderate, unconcerned, and being unprofessional because my allergy inconvenienced him. Instead of doing what, he kept forcing the same plate on me.. WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF I HAD TO GO TO THE ER, BECAUSE OF A LACK OF RESPONSIBILITY FROM THE MANAGEMENT? MY CHILDREN WERE WITH ME, AND I AM A SOUL PROVIDER. 30 SECONDS IT TAKES FOR MY THROAT TO SWELL, CAN PARAMEDIC GET THERE THAT FAST? COULD HE (THE MANAGER) SAVE IT THAT FAST? NO. I ONLY GO TO PLACES I KNOW I CAN EAT, AS MUCH AS LIKED BEAR AND BULL, I WILL NO LONGER BE RETUENING. I KNOW MY LIMITATIONS FOR SHELLFISH. PRIOR TO GOING I CALL AND ASK IF THE SHELLFISH IS COOKED IN THE SAME FRYER/GRILL. I HAVE GONE TO BULL AND BEAR 6 TIMES IN THE LAST 1.5-2 YEARS, WITHOUT AN ISSUE UNTIL LAST NIGHT. I WILL NO LONGER BE RETURNING DUE TO THE MANAGEMENTS NEGLECT.

Love this place! We had awesome food and service. We would have liked to know that there was a 1/2 bottle of wine special before we ordered as we would have not ordered a glass of wine and beer, but rather order a bottle of wine for half price .We asked about it after we saw this on the tv monitors but were told that we could really not do anything about it after the fact. We are not ones to make a stink about things and otherwise everything was perfect. We will come again but watch the tv monitors before we order.

My family and I went the the East Syracuse location. The food was beyond excellent. Our server Kellie was fabulous. She was friendly great staying on top of checking on us and getting anything we asked for quickly.
