Listen to the reviews: The portions are small and the packaging is pretty terrible. The sauce leaks everywhere. Not just the protein but the rice/noodles portions is small as well.Rice/noodles have a low food cost, not sure why you would skimp out. The food was alright

Food is yuk! Portion size is small. Customer service is poor. STORE MANAGER working the line is the most stingy person, has a poker face and rarely interact with customer. Just go elsewhere!I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT THE MALL FOOD COURT !!!

Food tasted good but portions sooooo small. Even the cheap white rice was a little bit. It didn’t satisfy me that I went to buy one order at Bonchon…

The portion sizes in this Panda Express are ridiculously small. Once ordered the chili shrimp bowl and got 3 pieces of shrimp. Seriously? How cheap is management to charge over 10 dollars for this mediocrity. Might as well ordered at any other Chinese takeout place for better serving sizes.

Wow dont ever order from here period. Portion??? What is portion here lol. Charging close to 20 for plates and portion is very laughable. I got broccoli with hint of beef I guess on this photo. Oh and I actually counted how many chicken pieces came with for kungpao chicken, which was five or six smallass pieces. Looked like we ate it and look the photo aint it but no thats how it came. They should change their beef and broccoli to broccoli with scent of beef. I love Panda Express but this joint its ridiculous with their portion. Learned my lesson never order from here. I recommend going to your neighborhood Chinese joint and order from there which probably will cost alot less then 20 with 10times the portion of panda express here.

Prices are a bit high but food is good and filling. Do recommend if you're in the mood for Chinese.Kid-friendliness: Definitely has kid options and this is food kids will like to eat.Parking: The Queens Center parking lot is large but paid. It's an indoor parking garage with many floors do it can be intimidating.Wheelchair accessibility: There are elevators all around the mall.

We ordered catering and we thought the food would be good it was for a good bye party , first what my receipt said and what was sent was 2 different things. Spoke to the store they said that's how order came . Food itself tasted funny , rice was dry , beef with broccoli was salty . The only thing people enjoyed was the orange chicken . Would I order from them again no . They are not customer service oriented . They do not care if there is problems with your order but what do I expect from fast food it's all about the money not service

It was the express onePS(update) #2364. The cashier was rude, she I wish I got her name, was completely rude and disrespectful. She, saw that I was on line waiting to place my order. She completely ignored me and waited on the person behind me. A good friend of mine, had the same problem with this place also.

I ordered 2 large big plates. The total came out to be $31. The price is on the steeper side but the portion sizes were generous. I also received a free coupon for 25% off my next purchase and a free small entree. As for the food, it was mediocre at best. The famous orange chicken was more breading than chicken, the pieces were absurdly small. The new black pepper angus steak was underwhelming, sauce tasted more like canned Ragu and there was no distinctive black pepper steak. My favorite items were the beef with broccoli and mushroom zucchini chicken. The staff were so welcoming and attentive, but the food was alright. Also, skip the white rice and get the lo menu instead. Rice was so undercooked and it was tough to chew. Real white rice should be soft and fluffy. Would not buy again.Vegetarian options: Super greens and white riceDietary restrictions: You can try their smart wok options. Lower in calories and sugar.
