As someone who has been buying Gino’s pizza for over seven years, the change in quality of their pizzas has been disappointing to see over the past year. Their pizza used to be the best of the best but now their pies are tasteless. It’s like it was made with no salt, the sauce is thin and watery, and to top it all off they charge over FIVE dollars for pepperoni. I can’t justify spending my hard earned money here anymore when their prices have not only increased but their quality has significantly decreased. It is truly disappointing as someone who has been a fan for several years.

The best Pizza I have EVER had. And I've eaten a lot of pizza, all over the world. They are the best. By far. Whether it's cheese pizza, buffalo chicken pizza, their pasta, their calzones, their garlic knots....everything is exquisite. Well worth the price, and the wait.

I ordered a plain pizza pie. the pizza is dry and the dough tastes burned. There is more of the hard charred dough than anything. this is not good at all.

The service last night was absolutely horrible. I understand it being busy but the one guy who was wearing a grey tee was an absolute horror. I don't know how he has a job working in food service with the type of attitude he had. His coworkers tried to vouch for him and say he's only like that because it's busy. If you can't handling dealing with customers face to face under pressure find a new job. The food is not that good to deal with a terrible employee

This my last time eating from here I stopped coming to this Gino’s because the customer service and quality of the pizza changed and I don’t play about my pizza.Today I decided to give them a try and yeah that’s the worst choice I madeI ordered and got delivery pizza and it all came cold .. it’s February 2 it’s cold outside why would you deliver pizza without the hot bag to ensure the pizza would be warm! I’m so disappointed waste of money and waste of time. This the last time this place will ever get my money and time again.Oh and when I called to complain the girl said okay they can come get the pizza to reheat it ? what kinda sense does that make !
