I made an order on the app for my family. I went to pick up. The server said there is no order that I need to “call” back. She made no effort to help me find my order or resolve it and proceeded to tell me I need to call the store back even though I showed her I paid the order and had my receipt. She told me digital doesn’t work and I need to call to verify. It was absolutely frustrating and I left without any solution.

Weird policy where if you don't answer your phone after making a mobile order, then they cancel your order. Literally been to 2 other subways this month via mobile order pickup and no one else does this. Did the policymaker not consider that customers would be driving to the store and unable to answer the phone?

Bad enough I was rushed into placing my order, I was literally treated like some type of scammer. I walked in and informed the employee that I was in the process of placing a mobile order. He continued to ask multiple times what I wanted despite me completing my online transaction. I told him that everything will be on the receipt once it prints out. Nevertheless, I told him what I was ordering and he proceeded to make my sandwich. While he was doing that, I paid for my sandwich online and the order alert was submitted. As the employee was about to charge me, I informed him that the sandwich was already paid for and he decided to keep me there until and said he wanted to verify my name. Then after verification, he wanted to call the phone number that was on my receipt. He called the number and LONG AND BEHOLD MY PHONE RINGS. Of course it would. It's my order like I have been telling the employee. Does he do this to all the customers or just the minorities? If he had not rushed me, this complication would probably not have come about. Furthermore, I could not understand how this was a complicated situation to begin with when I placed my order online in his face.I will NOT be coming back to this Subway location. Not worth the headache.

IT IS NOT MY FAULT YOU WEREN'T DOING YOUR JOB ACCORDING TO PROPER PROTOCOL!!! DO NOT BLAME YOUR MISTAKES ON CUSTOMERS!!! Does he do this to all the customers or just the minorities? If he had not rushed me, this complication would probably not have come about. Furthermore, I could not understand how this was a complicated situation to begin with when I placed my order online in his face. I was on the verge of just completely cancelling my order and demanding my money back even though the sandwich was already made because of this ordeal. Should I ever encounter an issue like this again, that's exactly what I will do.I will NOT be coming back to this Subway location. Not worth the headache.

Stopped by late night - one employee working but he was nice and all of the customers were taken care of, he took care of the food and did a great job. It was also very clean and spacious to dine in.

Online ordered an Italian but. Got a sub with bacon, olives, pickles and mayo. Payed extra for avocado and didn't even get that. How do you mess that up?? Called the store and they hung up on me after I told then they messed up my order.
