Wow, It’s my first time visiting here to get a hamburger and chicken sandwich.Im impressed with how big they are.The hamburgers are so much fresh, juicy and fresh vegetables on there.All the stuffs are professional.I would say and give 5 out of 5.I will be back to Wendy’s here.

I just spent $50.00 onto throw everything in the trash waited an hour the food came dead cold as if it’s coming from the freezer.The 2 large drinks came with no protective seals they were thrown out, the apple pecan salad came no vinegrate sauce to go on it . I bam so mad that I threw out everything!!!. Don’t know how the hell my order ended up at that location when is the northern boulevard branch I normally use.$50.00 wasted and I am here still hungry.

This is the slowest wendys I’ve ever ever seen, I ordered a meal online for ASAP came in 10 minutes later and it still wasn’t done. I’ll look at my name on the screen and it’s literally still at the bottom.I live around the corner and love Wendy’s, however, the time. It takes for the food to be made is very unjustly. They refuse to hire people.

I am writing this review in reference to my purchase on 12/05/23 around 11pm. I ordered a single with medium fries and when I got home the fries was not in the bag. I called back the Wendy’s in Elmont Long Island and the person hung up the phone and I tried calling back 5 times and they either let the phone ring or pick up then hang up. I am big on customer service and I will call corporate and demand my money back for item I was charged toMy card and then I will demand to speak with management for that store. They need to re train this young kids about what customer service means. I am very upset due to the behavior and HORRIBLE treatment I got
