I've always eaten at that place but on Sunday I went and ordered 2 thick pupusas, they were terrible, they didn't have cheese, the meat was red and smelled bad, my son ordered a slice with chicken, they added a few slices and they charged me $26 for the very good baliadas.

I had a very bad experience in terms of the service, a very knowledgeable girl seemed to serve us, then on the menu the tacos are 12" but when the bill came she charged us 15 each taco" so she very kind and smiling tells us that it is not His fault" then he adds that the menu did not change the price, and that coincidentally they went up to 15, my question is this, why didn't you notify us about the price change? Then he did not recognize it, he did not take responsibility for what happened.I must clarify in parentheses that we liked the food a lot. And she also treated us well but she took us for stupid! I never go back to this place again.

Whoever is working at the front to answer the phone should get fired. Language barrier was understandable but after she did not understand what we were ordering, instead of handing the phone over to someone who might have a better understanding, she hangs up without a word. After calling again and being hung up, we used a different number and she would pick up the phone and hang up. We waited 10 min to call again with different number and she answered and started taking our order, but after hearing the similar order we did she hung up and we never had a chance to order. I read the food is good but sadly we were unable to get any because of a worker who is being paid to not do her job. She should get fired.

I ordered roast beef to eat there and it was brought to me in a bag wrapped in plastic, the beans were clean, inedible, totally disgusting and inedible, it's food if you can call it food. The owner of this place is insane, totally disrespectful, ignorant. Lower the volume of the music and then turn it up all the volume, laugh and repeat again.I don't live here, I'm passing through, I really don't know how a place like this can exist and nobody denounces it. It is the worst experience I have ever had, this place seems like a crazy world.

The food is very good. The service is very good. You can find chicken with slices and meat with slices baliadas enchiladas Mexican tacos and catrachos, well, a barieda of food ??☺???

I really wanted to give this place a good review but I can't. I will say the food is excellent. No complaints there but they did something very shady and unscrupulous to my gf and I.I placed a lunch order that should've cost no more than $25 but when I came in to pick it up it was $41. I noticed the amount of food was enough to feed 4 people and not two. So I asked for a receipt and they asked for my cell # so they could text it. The text came thru and the receipt was not itemized so I could see what I paid for. Instead it was a generic receipt for $41.So I had my gf call them and she asked why the bill was so high. My gf ordered an order of maduros (plantains) and an order of fish with rice and beans. Instead of them giving us a single order they put the special large quantity orders and tried to cover themselves by saying they thought she meant she wanted the large size. That was their opportunity to offer a partial refund or something on the house on a return visit to right the wrong and show true customer service. But they did not. I understand the COVID-19 shutdown has a lot of restaurants financially in the red but you don't counter attack by ripping off your customers.Those kind of sketchy and greedy antics is why I'm giving them a low rating and will never order from them again or recommend them.
