My boyfriend went here once to try the place and said the place is good. I’m usually picky on my food but decided to try this place out, went to order the other day and it says they’re open till 2pm but when we called they told us the grill closed at 1pm.. whatever I guess. Today we ordered food and I ordered a breakfast sandwich with 2 scrambled eggs, the lady who took the order read the order back correct, I get the sandwich and take a bite only to realize there are no eggs.. how do you forget like the MAIN ingredient of EGGS ON A BREAKFAST SANDWICH. I get that my order was weird because I put pickles on my sandwich but that shouldn’t make someone forget a whole ingredient. The thing that pissed me off the most is the fact that my boyfriend ordered a hungry man and they didn’t forget his eggs even tho the order was placed at the same time and made at the same time like.. I just don’t understand. On top of all that the orange juice we got wasn’t even cold either. I’m so disappointed in my first experience of this place and likely won’t be going back.

The bagels here are nice and soft. So is the ingredients of the vegetable cream cheese. But the prices are too over priced. And they charged me a price of a full size bagel but gave me a mini bagel. That’s ripping people off. Not right especially if your prices are not reasonable.

This place treats deliver drivers like garbage. They had a line out the door today and expect drivers to wait in the line. They ignore drivers when they come up to the counter. Why do they even use GrubHub?
Everyone literally ignoring me, went out of their way to not help me, as i'm standing rite in their face! I walked out, they have to like you in order to serve you, unbelievable!!!

Bagels are always fresh and tasty. I prefer this place over the others in the area. This place is my 1st choice when I want some Bagels.
By far the best bagels in all of long island! Prices were great, staff was so kind and helpful! I highly recommend getting bagels from them! You wont be disappointed at all!
