My family and I took a whim on this place and trusted their Google reviews. I'm glad we did. The place is nice, clean with a very nice ambiance. Service was quick, friendly staff, nice music. I took the advice of comments on their Instagram page and their recommendations and ordered the risotto balls, clams, tuna tartar and beef dumplings for appetizers. Entrées were the strip steak, ahi tuna and short ribs. I have to tell you, their food is really, really good! My son got their tartufo for dessert and I had the tres leche. Hubby had a cappuccino. All good feedback. Prices are fair. The entrees are on the higher end but do-able. I hear they serve brunch. I'd like to come back and try. There are many other dishes I'd like to taste as well. They host events and have Italian night Thursdays and offer live music. We will certainly be coming back again.

Had dinner last night with friends. The appetizers & entrees were delicious. Our waiter James was very patient allowing us some time before ordering. The entire staff was warm and friendly. The hostess was a sweetheart opening the door for my friend with a cane. Many thanks to Jimmy for taking the reservation.

As always, BC Bistro never disappoints. The food is exceptional and a perfect menu for anyone mainly the seafood eggrolls and rice balls. The branzino and honey pizza are a must. The cocktails are superb especially the coconut martini hand crafted by Steve. The friendly caring service from Jim and James are the best. Decor is beautiful and cozy. We never want to leave there! This restaurant comes highly recommended.

Most of the food was good, service was great. Don't get the penne vodka, pretty bland.

We were very excited to check out this fairly new spot in town. Started off alright- got water and drinks quickly. Our server was a bit aggressive as the night went on, seemed very busy and a little too comfortable (called me sweetie, made comment about my ordering another glass of wine, commented about the amount of food we ordered). Food quality was okay, nothing really outstanding. The burrata was very good, the beet salad was just okay. My husband actually ended up feeling very sick during the night and next day after eating the burger. The grilled chicken added to my pasta was very bland. We didn't stay for dessert and opted to go to the bakery ourselves which was delicious!!

We had another fabulous meal at BC Bistro. We started with the Seafood Eggrolls appetizer (Shrimp, Crab, Scallops with Thai Chili dipping sauce) which was phenomenal followed by the Bronzino and Seafood Fradiavolo entrees. The Bronzino was pan roasted in olive oil with fresh herbs, tomatoes, capers, broccoli rabe and roasted potatoes. The Seafood Fradiavolo had shrimp, scallops, Manila clams and mussels in a spicy tomato sauce over a bed of linguine. Both entrees were perfectly seasoned and delicious. For dessert we had the Love Dessert (chocolate and vanilla bean mousse with red velvet dust) and a Blueberry Delight (Blueberry whipped ganache, white chocolate mousse and a sable cookie. They were terrific. And finally, the service was outstanding! James was our waiter (we always request him) and he attended to every detail, as he always does. He's warm, friendly and great at what he does. BC Bistro is a terrific restaurant well worth a visit!!!

We were going to UBS for a concert and settled on BC Bistro based on location and available reservation as it was Valentine's Day. What a great place! The food was great, the service was top notch and there was music! We will be back!

I thought the restaurant was very attractive and well decorated but I did not care for the food. My husband ordered the special of Veal Milanese. He did not like it and left half of it over (the waiter didn't even ask why he left it over). It was dry and the accompaniments were not appropriate (figs??). The salad was small and the seafood roll (recommended by the waiter) had too much stuffing/breading. There were too many fried foods on the menu. Considering the restaurant is connected with a well-known bakery, the desserts and bread were just OK. There was a nice guitarist playing but where we were seated, we could not hear him. The restaurant has bad acoustics for music; especially if you are seated in the rear. Overall, it looked promising based on the decor but the food was mediocre. For the prices charged, it simply was not worth it. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Went to BC Bistro on 2/14/24. EVERYTHING was excellent. The food was excellent; the atmosphere was excellent; the service was excellent. Being that we were there on Valentine's Day, there was a special menu. For appetizers, we had fried calamari and burrata with figs. Fantastic. Both of us had the salmon for dinner. Definitely the most tasty salmon I have ever eaten. Portion was significant that we could not finish. Had some type of mousse for dessert. This meal was a 10/10. Unfortunately, we don't live close, so probably won't be back. We were in the area for a show at UBS and looked for a local restaurant to eat at ahead of time. I sure did make the right decision. Only negative was the horrible traffic on Jericho Turnpike getting there.

Great place, great service , great food, great music. Loved everything. Was here for a shower recently and food and service (by Donny) was so good brought my husband back for dinner. Got there for 4pm on Valentines and place was nice and quiet allowing conversation. Guitar player was a nice touch with great background music. It will become one of our regular spots.

This was our first visit and we were quite pleased with the food and service but the chocolate mousse dessert made the trip worthwhile! A bit noisy as others have said and tables seemed to be too close thus the noise level. Otherwise fine. Will return.
