My family and I had not come back here in a while cause honestly the place was dated and the food ok. They refreshed the inside and got a brand new menu. Menu looked great. The food was so good and as always excellent service. We will be coming back often.Kid-friendliness: Standard kid options. Pasta, chicken tenders, grilled cheese

The atmosphere was inviting with live music.The waitress was lovely . Sadly it all went downhill from there. My companion and I ordered the short ribs and the pecan crusted fish special for 34.00.The short ribs were dry and served with a few tablespoons of gravy and potatoes No vegetables. The sole special was so dry and overcooked then covered with chopped pecans. The pecans were raw ! To make matters worse the sauce was red and the waitress had no idea what it was. Tasted like maraschino cherry juice. Horrible ! Also no starch on the plate. I was offered an apology and a free dessert. Ordered the creme brûlée. It was curdled, dry scrambled eggs and sugar not melted.Will be removing this restaurant from our dining out list.Jameson’s you need to do better !

Unfortunately my experience was not good. They never offered bread had to ask. Ordered chicken could not even cut it, it was so hard..I literally spit the mozzarella out of my mouth it was sour. I was hoping for it to be good but will not be going back nor will my family or friends.

Under new management and it is really a step-up. Decor is intimate, service was warm and friendly and food was delicious. It is wonderful to have a neighborhood restaurant that makes you feel right at home. The Steakhouse Bacon was excellent and so was the Salmon and Short Rib. I will definitely be going back.

Keep your eye on the bill. They list some of the sandwiches and their burger at $16, but when the bill arrives they charge you $19 instead. It's not a good impression of the new owners.

here tonight 1st time since new ownership... Sarah our waitress was fabulous lovely girl .. other than the fries being cold which they replaced immediately the food was excellent. service was wonderful.

It's changed, and not for the better. The new owners think they're running a steak house in Great Neck or the north shore. That vibe is never gonna fly in a neighborhood like Floral park, and with three other pubs within spitting distance, it probably won't be long before they have to rethink that cunning plan or sell back out. There have also been reports of bar patrons getting charged $2.00 for the ice in their drinks. What an awesome way to nickel and dime your regular customers to death. What's next? A rental charge for the bar stool you sat on? An upcharge for each trip you take to the rest room? If you're out for a simple couple of beers and a burger or wings, this isn't the place any more.

"Under new management"? How about "Under terrible new management." Was double-billed when I was there. When management checks the books at night, the double charge is there on the screen, staring at you. Did anyone ever contact me about the "mistake" in their favor? No. Did they automatically run a credit on the card? No. After checking my credit card statement, I saw the double charge. I had to go in there and wait 10 minutes until whoever the alleged manager is for him to tell me, "Yes, we double-charged you." Did he give me a paper copy of the credit? No. I had to ask for one and wait another 5 minutes. Great managent? No. Great customer experience. No. Great anything? No. No. No. Will I ever be back to this place again? Take a guess. "Jamesons"????? How about "Shamessons".

Had dirty glasses with water, service is slow, furniture is outdated, chair was shaking under me. The food is ok. I doubt I’ll return there
