I am so, so tired of having to check my drive through order for missing items.I got my stuff, drove off, reached in the bag to check everything was there - looked like it was - felt the sauces for the chicken nuggets and presumed the rest was there.Well, never presume, never assume - the nuggets were missing.Realized this just before Through Neck bridge. No receipt neither.Drove back, eight miles in 35 minutes, then another 35 minutes back. Nothing could be done over the phone, other than the offer of coming the next day - in a neighborhood I go to twice per year.Lesson learned. This is New York - CHECK YOUR ORDER, ITEM BY ITEM, and to hell if someone behind you is waiting in line.Third time this happens to me (different fast food chains) - there's either a deliberate policy of stiffing drive thru clients that can not come back, either no one cares one bit with captive clientele and whatnot.
