Please do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs. The cashier lady at the counter switched my food for hers and I got the worse good food with nothing that I ordered. I got a cold bowl of rancid beef with rice and not guacamole whatsoever and I even saw her switched my order with her but I thought she just confused her bowl for mine. I ordered double meat and guacamole and I feel scam that I got her horrible food. Please chipotle do better. Worse service and very scammy location. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from here.

This chipotle on 87th st and northern Blvd is the worst. When I ask for a second portion of steak that is already 8 dollars they gave me half the spoon, I complained but the workers said, that is it. As if! Don’t go there please.
By far the worst Chipotle location. They give you ridiculously small amounts of beans, meat even cheese. I tried asking why such a small portion on every item and the lady tried arguing that this was the amount the bowls is supposed to have, hmmm No! I eat at chipotle at least one a week and it’s always a fair amount. The establishment is clean but the service is critical.

I got a bowl here today at around 5pm and the chicken was too salty. I told the worker who prepared it and he didn’t offer to remake it, or offered a courtesy apology, or even said anything to me. Really disappointed he basically ignored me and didn’t offer me any solution.

Unfortunately, my first order today at this location arrived wrong. We ordered the burrito veggie bowl with the guac only (no meat). Everything was there except the main feature - the guacamole! No guacamole! This was ordered via Uber delivery. We paid over $40 for beans, rice lettuce and tomatoes. Ugh.*Update: I did go to the link chipotle provided in their reply here. It instructed me to call Uber directly to resolve. I did call Uber and I should be getting a refund. It was time-consuming but courteous and, if I do get a refund, I appreciate this resolution. ??

It’s so sadd to see and experience such poor customer service and it’s 10pm and they will not you eat your food real quick when it says they close by 11pm. Everyone working there is in a rush to get out and leave, on top of that they don’t even listen correctly to your requests when asking for specifics. This is when you realize that what all those young people need working there is a leader, a manager or supervisor. I really hope cooperate realizes how this affects their image as a franchise.
