Inconsistent portions. Some chips were old, hard, and not eatable. They even forgot to include parts of my order. Staff seem annoyed and unhappy. Probably the worse chipotle I experienced.

The burrito was so small barely any meat I gave it one more chance but now I am officially done with chipotle all together.Parking: Never find a spot at all and if you do gotta pay and then to go a burrito that small

ordered a kids taco meal with hard shells, chips and chocolate milk..... they gave me one hard shell and one soft, chips and milk MISSING.also, my burrito bowl, had nonexistent meat, its like they took the smallest spoon they had and just scooped from that once. this is the second time i've ordered from this location and its probably the last, the first time you gave me the wrong protein and now no protein at all. DO BETTER!

This location is beyond inconsistent. Sometimes they decide to listen to what you have ordered at sometimes not. It’s also highly unsanitary and dangerous as I found a very large peice of plastic in my burrito bowl. This store has to do better. If you have the option of going to a diff location, stay away from this one.

We are very grateful to Amrin and Nayeli for changing our experience with this company.It's the first time my wife and I are treated well and that we were able to eat a good portion of chicken, (I mean the correct amount, we have been underserved many times). We have gone to at least 15 different Chipotle's and they have been rude, bad gestures, dirty tables,and just bad service overall. Today we're leaving happy and wanting to come back to this location. The staff are great!

I remember one time ordering two chipotle bowl with my son and daughter. Once we got home we started eating and then my son realized there is a ant in his chipotle bowl?? I was so confused because this was our first time ordering there and I had high hopes but apparently they don't check what's inside of the burrito bowl.

The worst chipotle in NYC. Super rude staff and manager. They cheap out on you horribly. Do not come here if you want an actual meal. Never seen a lazier group of people working in a chipotle. They need new management and some work ethic for once. Terrible place!
Just picked up takeout tonight. The staff seemed very aloof when I went in, didn’t even acknowledge my presence even though I was the only one at the counter.When I got home, the rice in the burrito bowl is a complete mush. I don’t even know why they would serve rice with way too much water. Also, there were very few pieces of meat. The one big piece of meat I had was all fat so I couldn’t even eat it. I’ve had chipotle at so many other locations and this location completely ruins their reputation. Never going here again, and I live in the neighborhood. Whoever manages this store needs to train the staff better. Total disappointment with the food on a Friday night.

Really bad food. We went here after a concert to use the restroom and nothing was really open around there so I convinced my bf to just eat Chipotle. Wrong choice lol. It was 10:30 (30 before closing) I got a salad with carne asada and my bf did a burrito. The food serving area was a wreck, the restaurant itself was so messy there was trash all over the floors and the bathroom didn't have toilet paper. I get it things get busy but there were 7 employees behind the counter three of which were just standing around. Anyways we got our food and sat down, I've never done this because it's a waste of food but the food looked so bad and it was so cold, I didn't even take a bite like not even one because my bf did and spit it back out said he wasn't eating that. We grabbed the food and threw it out. Yes it's a waste and yea I had paid $35 and threw it out but that's how nasty it was and looked. They also had the nerve to yell "WE ARE CLOSING IN 20 MIN" demanding everyone to leave. Just a really bad experience - I don't think that being a really busy time is any excuse to let a resultant be managed as poorly as this one was. I went to a few small family owned spots who had a line outdoors that handled it super smooth.

The food here is no different than any other chipotle. My review is more for the service there. I've ordered from here a few times for pick up and on the app. All the times I've ordered, none of them have been the correct order. There is ALWAYS and item missing altogether or the order is incorrect. I'm not sure who is putting the orders together but the disregard is unreal. When I've gone in person, I'm usually pretty cheery and polite as I've worked in customer service. I'm received with rude affect. Do better chipotle
