The absolute best bagels you can get, especially fresh out of the oven. This place has been a staple of my weekend visits out to LI, and I can’t imagine a weekend without a warm bagel with cream cheese. Always well staffed and efficient, this is the place to go.

So good! It was my first time trying an NYC bagel and its a must have! I had a dill tuna with lettuce and tomato on an everything bagel and wow! So delicious, it was really fresh. We also had hot chocolate as it was very cold. So much variety to offer as well!!!!

The bagels are so damn good!! Came in 2/21 at night craving a bagel with tuna and the gentleman made it right away. It was so so tasty and they have the strawberry cookies I’ve been looking for. It’s been decades since I’ve been able to get my hands on them. This is definitely now one of my favorite bagel spots.

The old man owner basically told me that I could leave at my own convenience because of their mistake. They messed up my order and this happens every single morning anytime I come in the morning shift. All the workers are not focused and they do do whatever they want and they don’t listen to instructions, and it doesn’t fail every single time I order something in the AM it is always a mistake or a mess up. The atmosphere of the AM shift is terrible. I will only come back here at night time the boss had the audacity to say that he’s banning me for basically nothing. YOU CANT BANN ME FOR YOUR MISTAKE. I did not raid my voice until I was disrespected in from of everyone. All I did was point out his mistake respectfully and he didn’t even offer to change my sandwich until I had to point it out to him completely ridiculous. I’ve been coming here since I was six years old and I never thought to be treated like this, and I hope that if the bosses son John reads this, he knows exactly who I am every time he sees me. He treats me with lots of respect, but the father himself is, a disrespectful & obnoxious man who takes zero accountability for his business and his employees. As a business owner myself this is purely unacceptable

This place is the WORST I have lived in this neighborhood for over 25 years and every time you order something they mess it up. They are always hiring new staff because they refuse to pay the workers the minimum wage that’s required so they employ staff that they can under pay and who don’t understand a word you say or can’t follow simple instructions. Honestly would you feel safe ordering from an establishment like this not know who is preparing your food. As a long standing resident of this community I would NEVER recommend this restaurant to ANYONE their food, customer service and employees all are HORRIBLE.
A friend brought me a bagel all the way to Virginia. Yummy :)
