I ordered a drink and a muffin on the App to this Dunkin Donut and of course paid on the App- when I went to pick it up, lady tells me they don't have the muffin I ordered, and asks me to pick a donut. What?!? I paid for a muffin (which I think costs more) but she tells me to select a donut. What kind of business does that?!

It's Friday, March 10, 2023, 5:29pm. Someone's gotta keep an eye on the two employees running this place. Clowning around, joking around, laughing, and cursing up a storm. "F this!! Suck my D !!!" I asked them to watch their language. Why are they allowed to use this kind of language in front of customers. One guy is Alex. The other is a skinny guy.

Possibly the worst Dunkin I've been to customer service wise. We arrive about 4:50 pm on a Saturday. Decaf coffee decaf tea both were regulars as we were both up all night. Also specifically asked for one sugar each and we had 3, it was not stirred so we tasted it at the bottom and threw it out. We arrive and there's is no one in front of us. Simple order should take maybe a few minutes? Check the cameras we were there for 15 and the cashier started to make our order but stopped to take an Uber eats order that came in after us! He literally poured coffee, Uber eats guy came in he takes his order while we wait. And he stopped dealing with us. We need to wait for this new customer to finish. When I asked about our order he looked confused. Than he realized he left it on the counter stopped the Uber eats order to finish ours and now that guy is upset thinking we cut in front of him. So much confusion and time wasted for a simple decaf coffee and tea that was made totally wrong. I will never come back

Just made a visit around 5:30pm for some coffee and donuts. The lady that took my order did not let me finish and she went off making the coffee, when I had more orders. Then I look up and saw a deal for medium hot coffee, so I immediately wanted to change my order before she brings one of the coffee. As she came back to the register, I said, "I am sorry but can I change this order to the medium size?" Her response was, "Huh? and all confused. So I tried to explain that I didn't see the offer at first but if she could change my order to the medium size instead of the small size. She starts saying how it's only for Dunkin member perks. So I said, well I am a member of the app. As soon she saw me pulling out my phone, she says "Oh we are done with medium size coffee for today. You come tomorrow." Like what? LOL how does that happen so quickly? Anyway, then I said ok I would like to finish with the rest of my order. I said I would like another coffee and pointed her towards the donuts. I said, "I would like a one stick donut". Keep in mind, there were no labels underneath that specific donut. She was like, "Huh? you want 6 donuts?" And her voice started to almost get loud and with an attitude. That's when I said, "NO I want 1 (with hand gestures) long stick donuts." She kept being so confused and said well you could have said you wanted Glazed stick donut. (with an ATTITUDE)" I was shocked!!!! Then I took my order and told her that she needs to learn how to behave with manners at public work place. That's when her face went down. If any of the managers or owners of this Dunkin is reading this, I highly suggest you train your staffs very well. Because a good customer service will get your business ahead in life.

Really disappointed in this Dunkin. There are not many where you would find outdoor seating and Baskin Robbins. I was passing by and decided to stop. First, super Noisy. Music is loud and that's just the store music. Clientele was all young kids/teens, playing music, talking loudly and taking up tables. Outside it wasn't much better. To top it off, I had to pay a meter and there was no chocolate ice cream left. Not coming back here again.

Dunkin' Donuts is unsanitary and here's why you shouldn't eat there. I've worked with Dunkin' Donuts owned and ran by Cain Management for about 5 months now and I was let go due to pay. Through out my time working with Dunkin' Donuts I've taken pictures of how unsanitary the working conditions were. Let's start with the milk dispenser. The nozzles where milk is dispensed into the drinks we serve you were rotten. We weren't told to clean it and day by day we served coffee with bits of dried rotten milk in it. Sometimes if there were rotten milk floating we were told to scoop it out and serve it because making a new drink was "wasting" product. During shipments milk would be left out for hours before they were put into a fridge. Dunkin' Brand Egg and Sausage Breakfast Bowl was molding in the freezer and we were told to scrape off the top and leave it in the kitchen ready to serve. The cream cheese was curdling and it was still being served to customers. You can see a huge amount missing. During rush hours we were told to not change gloves from register to handling food as it would take too long. If a food item were to drop on the floor it was picked up and made into a sandwich. Many times I would see other employees not use gloves when transferring food from the freezer to the kitchen. Open packages of bacon was put next to open containers of coffee. The Ice tea had slime in it. The store had a very bad bug problem and workers requested Fly Ribbon to be installed but the manager denied because it would cost too much money. Bugs landed on donuts, food, ice cream and coffee and was still served to customers. We were forced to serve customers that had no mask on. If we refused service we were fired. We were told to leave Bagels, muffins, and other pastry's we did not sell overnight for the next day to save some product. Donut racks sometimes have black grease on them and they end up on donuts. Overall Cain Management is a horrible company to run Dunkin' Donuts. Absolutely no care goes into the safety of customers and product. I would not recommend any Dunkin' Donuts in the Queens area as they are all ran by Cain Management. Photos are attached.

Don't ever get the ice cream. It has so much freezer burn that you can't even tell what the flavor is supposed to be. The whole fun of going out for ice cream is getting flavors that you would not normally keep in the house. Won't be buying from them again.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. TERRIBLE SERVICE - I was the first person in line for 5-10 minutes, literally no one served me. This elderly Indian woman reluctantly started taking my order, then when she saw her co worker come back from his break, she said hold on and left me for the next counter so she could clock out. Then I had to wait for the next worker to figure out wtf was going on, clock in, and then take my order. Elderly Indian women DGAF. I'm waiting for my order... been almost 30 min. ComeOn Ppl

When I first ordered I ordered two caramel macchiatos i said with ice and whipped cream and if they had cameras with audio they would hear because they were saying that i didn't say that but i literally did and then i asked if they can put the whipped cream and caramel and they did it but it tasted like black coffee with no sugar but i was like whatever i don't wanna start a problem and then we went to drink our coffee and as i was drinking i noticed something inside and i thogguht it was a piece of ice so i used a napkin to take it out and i saw it was a little bug and when i told the workers about it they didn't believe me they thought that i put it in there or something because they were like oh that wasn't us because we clean everything and we were sitting outside so i was like i found it in why would i want to lie about that and they said maybe it fell but the cap was on so the worker said there's a big a** hole and i was with 3 kids and i was like but u found it idk what to say so they called the manager but they didn't answer so they just got me another one for free but i was very frustrated how the workers were being rude and blaming everything on me instead of trying to help me since i was a costumer and i literally did not do anything wrong

I love this Dunkin Donuts! Super clean and they always make my coffee just right! Majesty and Gio are very friendly and helpful. Great staff!

This is probably the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. There service is so bad .. its like you are serving them rather they are serving you. I work around the corner had to go for the coffee and they know me very well. Yet their coffee is so bad. Many occasion i had to go back and then coffee is fine. Wonder why!!!?? Please I urge not to go this place if don't have to. I would not give one star if the system would allowed me, I would give -4 Star.
