Best spring rolls ever!
Food is mediocre at best, and so overpriced that it boggles the mind how this place stays in business at all. Since they have no serious competition on Union Turnpike, they take advantage of this by nearly DOUBLING the prices of exactly the same food dishes you get elsewhere. Very unethical practice that rips off customers. Stay away from this place, unless you have money to waste.
Great vegetarian dumplings, both pan fried and steamed
The food was delicious and the service was great.
Absolutely NOT. Came here once before and really enjoyed the food, so I was excited to come back. Complete night and day experience. Placed a to-go order in person and was given a 20 minute window. Then it was 5 more minutes. I went to my car and waited 10 mins before going back to check if my order was ready - plus I had ice cream in the car melting. After 45 mins the woman - then tells me 2 of the items that I already paid for weren't ready/available. Super unacceptable. On top of that, I ask for a cash refund since my wallet was in the car since I was told an extra 5 mins. For like 10 mins she couldn't figure out how to refund me, and I kept telling her it would save us a lot of time and heart ache to just give me a cash refund. She had to call her boss several times to explain. This has nothing to do with a language barrier or being new at a job. She was totally inefficient and was playing dumb by not handling the situation and kept giving me the run around. One hour of my life gone to waste. Will never come back.
Had take out after trying horrible Pakistani food. It was the perfect antidote to bad food. Loved the steamed dumplings. And the Japanese rice is quite tasteful.
I’m giving it two stars because the pork soup dumplings were pretty good. General tso chicken was horrible. Thai iced tea was horrible. Do not recommend unless its just for soup dumplings.
Delicious food and good service s
I've been going to this place for years and never disappoints. I usually get the same items whenever going here with my family. I ordered: -spring rolls -crab meat soup dumpling -salt and pepper squid -pork chops -house special fried rice -Singapore mai fun If i don't order these, I get: -curry beef noodle soup -shrimp and walnut -beef pan fried noodle
I have come here before COVID and I came here last night after the beach. We usually get the same thing and everything was good. We get the pork soup dumplings which are usually very good. We also got the fried pork dumplings. The house special fried rice and beef and broccoli. The service was slow but the food was fresh and tasty. The menu did change and it is smaller. This place is usually good and we always enjoy it. The pork soup dumplings are made well and the dumplings is made perfectly. The fried rice is not overly greasy which is al has a concern for me. The beef and broccoli was made well the broccoli was not over cooked and the beef was tender. The sauce of the beef and broccoli was a good consistency.
I only order spring rolls and pork chop over rice. Request extra fish sauce. Pretty good for Queens.
It’s newly renovated... not done yet..
Rude manager. I couldn't even put my entire order in and he basically tried to scold me for ordering too much??? I only ordered 1 thing at this point. Ruined my whole experience. Why wouldn't you want to take my money??? And the portions are small. I would've been better off ordering Chinese from my local restaurant
I was originally going to order through DoorDash, but needed to ask the restaurant a question about a meal. He recommended me picking it up cause I'll end up paying $20 more through DoorDash, so I picked up. That was very nice of him to look out for me. Other than that, the food was ridiculously good! I had spicy Szechuan chicken and it was outrageous. This isn't a typical local Chinese food place. It's a blend of all Asian food and is top notch. Highly recommend
