Went to the drive-thru early morning to order just coffee. The coffee had little chunks and big chunks of whatever it was I was not aware of, and I took a sip out of it. Coffee had a weird taste. I tried contacting this place to tell them and did not get anyone to answer.
Bought donuts and ice cream. Well donuts are old, hard and weird. Ice cream was a lot weird than a normal ones would look like. Ice creams are spoiled and melted Their storage of food is a trailer outside. Pretty filthy and definitely charging more than usual. Well. Try it for your self if you’d like to have your own experience. There’s Dunkin’ Donuts on kissena close by around 2 min driving distance. Can’t believe I wasted my money and time in here. I’d rather die and starve than come here.

This is by far the worst DD I've ever been to. The entire staff are all rude,nasty, and super slow. No customer service skills what so ever. You walk in, and the staff doesn't acknowledge or greet customers. When you walk in for your online order, they see you standing at the pick area, and they ignore you while they see you waiting. Horrible! The owner needs to fire the attire staff and manager at this location and hire appropriate and properly trained stuff.

The donuts are pretty bad, especially if you get one that's something like strawberry or chocolate covered. It looks and tastes like a product that didn't make the "quality" cut like a normal one would, if that makes sense. The donuts you receive definitely don't feel worth it. The wait time to get served is also horrendous. Staff serve one at a time (including making process) so if you're in a rush I don't suggest coming to this location.
