I drive 15 minutes to go get my wife Burger King go to the drive through give an order to the lady I read the screen and the order is all wrong then a guy takes over the order and does it correctly . I pay get my food and drive back 15 min my vegetarian wife takes a bite and says this doesn’t taste like it normally does I look at it and it’s not an impossible whopper it’s a regular beef whopper. She almost threw up cause she’s never had meat before. I drive all the way back and in front off me are two other people complaining about the wrong orders. I go when it’s my turn and I say hey here’s the receipt here’s the sandwich with one bite missing you guys gave me the wrong burger and my wife just ate meat after 30 years of her life cause your mistake . Without saying a word they checked and the right burger was still there siting on the back they hand me the right one in a bag and I said that’s it ? Like your not even going to say a word to me after you wasted 1 hour of my time and made my wife eat meat. The guy says well “it wasn’t me who took your order” I said I understand but I’m not asking you for money or anything a simple apology would be the right thing to say then him and the lady said “sorry that people are in training “and I left. But it’s common sense to say that without me asking for one all they had to say was “ I’m sorry I didn’t do your order but I apologize for the inconvenience”

This is our favorite Burger King, however, Saturday, 9/30/23 drive thru 2:45pm nasty nasty woman served us. Knocked on the window because she forgot our drink (handed my husband the bag and turned her back on us). Yells at him DO NOT BANG ON THE WINDOW! There was no ketchup or dipping sauce. My husband went in to get what we needed. It felt like a racial problem. I am so uncomfortable there now. Everyone gets along around here. This woman doesn't belong.... w the bad attitude.

I ordered (2) wraps and 2 orders of fries. When I got the order, they'd swapped one of the fries for onion rings, which is fine because I happen to like onion rings so I let it slide. Then I get home and see that the wraps I ordered - with no tomatoes - were nowhere in sight. Instead I got two burgers with ALL VEGGIES, INCLUDING TOMATOES, AND NO MEAT. I thought burger king's motto was "have it your way" - what a joke!! I would give this place zero stars if I could.

Burger King 2351 Jericho Tkpe. North Hempstead, NY. 11040. I swear I'm being stalked by Burger King commercials. On Saturday June 24 2023 after seeing another 2 for $5 B King commercial. Off I went. Got there and just couldn't understand what 2 for $5 was. Didn't see any pics either. What was the big difference besides different toppings. It's not like you're getting a 1 Fish & 1 Chicken sandwich. Or Jr Whopper & Fish sandwich. So honestly I didn't get it. The female cashier was very rude and she literally walked off while I was asking her a question. Then kept on ignoring me. She then in Spanish insulted me. I simply said to her. You do know I understand and speak Spanish. I just ignored her from then. A nice fella walked up and helped me with my order. He explained what the 2 for $5 was very easily. We both laughed for I thought it was something completely different than just having different toppings on 2 Whopper Jr's. His name is actually ANGEL. He sure came to my rescue. Angel was actually in training. Yep. Being trained by the same female cashier that insukted me in Spanish. SMH. Angel was more polite, professional and understanding than the lady supervisors that was training him. THANK YOU ANGELWent to and put the 2 for $5 Burgers in the fridge. Had it for breakfast the next day.
