Yesterday, I had an ice cream, and I was served by Rosy, the chef, who was very friendly and cheerful. Best ice cream ever! Without hesitation, I will come back!

Ordered a chocolate chip shake and picture speaks for itself
Went here yesterday with some friends and my friend asked for a sample to just be greeted with dirty looks. I work in food service also and I get being asked for a sample can get annoying sometimes but to give a disgusted face to a costumer is insane. And then ignore when being asked for something is worst. Don’t work in food if you can’t deal with people asking you for stuff. It comes along with the job. It was around I wanna say 7-8:30 on Sat September 7. It’s a crew of girls they are all the same height. Do better because that isn’t right.

I come often to this location and find the majority of the staff sweet and pleasant except for one. Everytime I come here there's one staff lady behind counter that just has no customer service skills whatsoever. Today she was serving ice cream while she was eating. Which is disgusting. The last time I came to get ice cream she was talking on the cell phone behind register and picked cleaned her nose with her shirt.while talking on phone.I had to wait for her to finish her call so she could acknowledge me. Its really disgusting. Someone needs to speak with her. Her name tag was Dipika from what it said. This is such bad customer service will not be back for sure

I went to buy a cone I asked the young man serving can he put on gloves he says no we don't do that. I just walked away. We are dealing with a pandemic an for someone that's making your food say he will not put on gloves is very disgusting especially if your using those same unwashed hands to deal with money. I definitely will not go back an I already contacted the health dept because that is definitely a health issue. hopefully things change for the other customers cause they lost me as one.
