Stopped by Town Meat Market and Butcher in Garden City NY off 7th Street tonight, a little after 5 pm as they close by 6 to see what they had for supper. I bought 2 cooked lemon chicken breasts with a nice sauce soft and tasted delicious. I asked what the TRE-SPADE (see pix) contraption was, and one of the two men workers told me it was to make sausage.There are a nice selection of meats both behind the counter and in the fridge/freezer on the opposite side not limited to and including Grass fed chuck chop meat at 18.99 a lb. Filet Mignon and other items as antipasto bites of olives in a pack of 3, spices, cookies, boxes of manicotti, jumbo shell, vegetables, and in the glass case cooked Brussels sprouts, roasted red potatoes, bread loafs, and even gotcha items of bags of Tate's cookies on top.On the walls behind were chalkboard signs of meats and prices along with business cards and a sign listing Dinners Family Style and a QR sign to Join their Text Club for future discounts. All were spotlessly clean, neatly, and beautifully presented. It is not the least expensive place to shop but it is well stocked with a full variety of items that I plan to shop at again.

I live in NC and wanted to send my parents a NYE meal from the Town Meat Markets' posted menu - Ivan was incredible to work with - he went above and beyond with the customer service to help me put every thing together. The food was outstanding- esp the pork roast and bacon wrapped scallops, and my parents were super excited about the whole experience. 10/10 would recommend!

Came here for some prime skirt steak and was sold prepackaged razor thin steak for a little over 50$. There were two packs and each pack was about 26 or 27$. I always go to roberts meat market in bayside queens, maybe I’m just used to that place. Won’t be returning here.

By far, the best prime meats on Long Island. The quality is really on a different level. Also, the prepared foods and catering are amazing and great for a lunch on the go or parties.
