Imagine describing Mexican food to AI. This is what it would make. It's like a disjointed fever dream of flavors.I was unaware until now that salsa could done wrong?

I don’t usually like leaving bad reviews but everything was super bland. I got the habanero mango margarita and there was no flavor, couldn’t even taste the tequila. Ordered the chips and queso just to have the worst queso I’ve ever had, it was super grainy and thick with no flavor. Ordered the brisket tacos for my meal and there was no taste whatsoever. The beans and rice that came on the side looked very unappetizing I didn’t even bother to try them. Service was also very mediocre. Would not recommend.

We came seeking authentic Mexican food. This establishment is more of a pub that serves Mexican inspired food. I should have known that we were off the mark when we walked in to Beyoncé on the house speakers.

Service was slow. We mentioned up front that we were going to a show. Very noisy. I might return on a night when I have more time.

We stopped in for a quick bite when we got to town. The Sangria Margarita was good. We got an order of chorizo quesadillas with the rice and beans. The chorizo was disgusting. It tastes like pre-cooked and dried sausage (charcuterie) in small chunks and gave the quesadilla an odd flavor and texture. The rice and beans were some how just as bad. The beans were hard and the rice was flavorless. No one had more than a fork full.Would have went 1 star but the staff was friendly enough and the cocktail was good. But I don't recommend ordering food.

Food was mediocre. The salsa was the best thing in the plate. The service was absolutely terrible. If you want Mexican food Taco Bell is a huge step up from here.

Usually I hate to leave a bad review for a local business, but this place is so awful I never want anyone to waste their time and money here. One glance at the menu and you’ll immediately know it’s not authentic Mexican food at all. Loaded tots? Falafel taco? Quesadillas with cheddar cheese? Not even one taco with cilantro and onions as a topping? And sadly, those weird options seemed like some of the more appetizing on the menu.Chips and salsa costs $9 which is absolutely insane. If you get queso, which you never should from here, add on $2. I thought I had eaten the worst queso I’d ever eat in my life before Raul’s, but no, their “queso” by far wins that award. It was an insane color yellow/green, and it was grainy. It had the weirdest and most off-putting texture and taste. The taste was truly awful. We left after receiving our $11 chips and “queso” to go try Taco Kings Jalisco down the street and we were so happy we did.Honestly, Raul’s has a decent space and should just rebrand as a pub or something where taste doesn’t matter. Do not go here for Mexican, it’s so nasty. I’m upset it even exists.

We have been going by this restaurant for several years and have never stopped in. Today when looking for someplace to eat we finally decided to try it. This is an amazing little restaurant! The food was spectacular and I hate to say it's so much better than the Mexican restaurant we have been going to for the last 10 years. I feel like we have been totally missing out! Everything at Rauls is fresh and made in house. I am kind of a Mexican Food Connosuier and this is by far the best I have had. I recommend the Jerk Chicken Tacos and the Apple Burrito...absolutely amazing. You will not be dissapointed!

As someone who worked at this restaurant, the environment is awful. Servers are nice but the boss is an angry coke addict who would sometimes sniff lines in the bathroom and end up working the stove non stop sniffling, made servers cry on various occasions because he would yell and scream and kick things like a toddler. Does not train his employees and gets mad when they don’t know how to do something, would non stop mess up orders when i worked with him. Restaurant needs new ownership overall.

Brisket tacos came missing cheese. Utterly bland. The rice and beans undercooked and bland. Guacamole bland. 80 bucks lost on bland. I don't understand how the owner can keep serving this at these prices when so many reviewers have the exact same complaints.

the vegan burrito is pretty abysmal. i get it, it's glens falls, but i mean.... c'mon now. taco bell makes a comparable in quality level of burrito for a fraction of the price yet somehow with more toppings/flavor
