What can I say that will fairly describe this place? It's a cafe style, very informal corner location with a very friendly vibe. Had the antipasto platter as a starter...it was fine, nothing special. Next was the rice balls...well, everything changed with this....extremely yummy! With peas and a cheese mixture that was creamy without being overwhelming. Next, the Pappardelle Bolognese. This place is AWESOME!!! I found them while watching Fios 1 news on Restaurant Hunters. +39 Italian Eatery was one of the featured restaurants in Great Neck. When I entered I was immediately greeted by the staff. Not just one person I mean everyone on the floor and there were about 4 of them. One of the owners Favio came over to make sure I was enjoying each dish amd the experience. Best Italian pizza in town, love also their focaccia, panzerotto and especially their ice cream! The owners are very polite and charming. The place is very nice, clean and they always play Italian music. One point more for them is having the best Italian drink ever Estathe which it comes in 2 flavors, lemon and peach.
