While eating at the Great Neck Chipotle restaurant around 915pm an employee shockingly began using a leaf blower in the food and dining area to assist in cleaning floor debris along with his broom. The restaurant was fully operational with closing time posted as 11pm. Other people were eating as well and several customers were on line at the counter ordering food. This is a major and serious health violation! I am wondering how clean and safe is the food to eat and where is the management oversight of this Chipotle location?

Disappointed in chipotle. The food is always awesome, and I visit often, but this one experience ruined it all. The workers ignored me for a solid 5 minutes, while I stood there. It took way too long for them to serve me compared to other people. The atmosphere was okay, other than the fact that there were multiple kids screaming and yelling and laughing. It was extremely noisy, and made me uncomfortable.

mainly the portion of the meat crazy little. I wont buy from this shop anymore!! Stingy staff!! Inconsistent pietion of the meat. I think i should report it and get attorney to sue them for inconsistent same portion. This time my portion of the meat like just a few pieces!

Picked up an order at store. Missing items when I got home. Tried to call store and got a recording instead which couldn't help me but directed me to an email. Wouldn't allow me to speak to anyone. Tried a few times same results. This is bad customer experience.

At this location in Great Neck portion of meat is extremely small. All I see is a bowl full of rice and some veggies, with only a few tiny pieces of chicken scattered throughout. It's unclear whether the staff or owner are being cheap, or if this is a policy from Chipotle to reduce costs by not giving enough protein portions. And if someone doesn’t believe this then try yourself! 🤓

What happened to this Chipotle? I frequent this location, and the manager that was here previously ran it way better than it runs now. Food was great and everyone was respectful, when he was here. And let me not talk about food portions now, I felt like I was being served at a soup kitchen, rations of free food and not paying..sad… will find the next local store and hope it’s better there. I rather drive elsewhere than eat here again.

I go there atleast twice a week. Workers are rude and portions are really small, I don’t take much in bowl like only rice and chicken, still they give very less chicken . Not even spoonful, $13 and change for just rice and very less chicken. I wish we have another chipotle in great neck.And last paying extra for Guacamole like $3 and get very less.
