I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The service was absolutely terrible. I ordered the spinach and cheese flat bread and the spinach was still frozen....the entire thing was just.... awful. I wanted a dessert to go and watched the girl behind the counter reach in the case without a glove or deli paper and grab it bare handed. Her palm went into the frosting, boxed it and handed it to me.I opened the box and there was a pink string on top of the treat. I left and thought that was going to be the end of this disaster...I got sick 2 hours later. Thanks. I hope you close

ORIENS!My children scream at the mention of this name! They are sold on their chocolate Oreo gelato. Not to mention they make great chili, perfect, warm and comforting on a cold Rochester afternoon.You can dine in here as well, and the service is always friendly and accommodating.
Nice place, excellent bakery. Nice for lunch but a bit small for dinner rush. Gelato is amazing

Inconsistent service. Way overpriced. You’re expected to tip even though you have to clean up your own dishes. Ordered soup with a few meatballs on the side. They ran out of soup and refused to sell just the meatballs without ordering a different soup I didn’t want or another meal. Not my fault they ran out of soup. Worst part is we are here all the time and have spent a lot of money over many years! They wouldn’t sell the 4 meatballs separately because they didn’t know how to ring it up without putting it thru as an add-on. And that was the manager!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS

Really disappointed big prices for frozen food that I could buy at the store for a lot less money. My husband had shrimp scampi not good four shrimp and about a cup I pasta.I had lasagna rolls they barely warm and dried out from being microwaved.

If you're searching for an authentic italian cafe that could make a greasy 40 year old italian who drives a 1984 IROC Camero with a gold necklace button up his shirt faster than you can say bippity boopity... look no further. This place has it all. I don't know if I should buy a book or thank the cook. Regardless, this place is a gem. Thank you, for bring out my inner Rocky.

WARNING the prices on their menu website are completely wrong! I ordered an assorted pastry plater for a family Christmas dinner on December 22nd for pickup on the 23rd. The online menu said $50 but when I went to pick it up the cashier rang it up and said $77!!! I questioned her about the difference and she said the “website is not updated and they are not able to access it to update it “. $25 more than what I expected is ridiculous! When I placed the order the person on the phone should make sure the customer is aware of the cost OR they need to find access to the website and make the appropriate changes. It didn’t sit right with me so I called on the 24th and asked to talk to a supervisor, they were busy so the girl said someone would call me back….they never did! I have been to Oriens many times but December 23rd was my last time! By the way they also messed up a catering order last year when my mom died, I ordered a cookie tray, when I went to pick it up, they did not have the order so the girl just through it together, piling cookings on to a tray. Service is not good, very disappointing.

Very cute cafe style restaurant. It is cafeteria ordering with table delivery. This was not an issue. I had the risotto with shrimp and scallops, my date had gnocchi with red sauce and a salad. Both were very good.
