Not my favorite Starbucks location. To go orders take quite a while and the time given on the app is usually off.. but the drive thru is usually quicker and the staff at the drive through are friendly. This wouldn’t be my Starbucks of choice to go to study or dine in.

Closed for any order. Everything had to go through drive up. We just wanted to sit inside and order actual food and coffee and all doors were locked. There were people eating at the tables, so that's a mystery. The line of cars was too long for the area and we saw a couple of near misses with accidents. Either close completely or find another way. We won't be coming back.

The most disgusting, scalding hot instant coffee from their new clover brew system. I want to drink my coffee now, not in 2 hours. And i want to enjoy it, but sadly cannot. Avoid 'brewed' coffee here as this machine cannot make your familiar blonde roast that you would be expecting you ordered. And store was pretty quiet compared to the usual insanity it is and mobile ordering was 'not available' for this location

This Starbucks was very, very nice. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about what they offered and took the time to listen and understand how I wanted "my" beverage prepared. I am a 15 hr a day decaf drinker & not ALL Starbucks are willing to prepare THEIR beverages to meet my needs. It gets a bit frustrating when ordering to be told something does not come in decaffeinated coffee.....They were VERY helpful & very friendly 10☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

I love this Starbucks! I've been their customer for 5 years now, and it was the first place I went to once COVID restrictions were lifted! ? The staff is excellent, and the place is cozy - therefore the 5 stars for service and atmosphere! Coffee and food are the same as any other Starbucks.Parking is a bit limited...but it's in Hamilton 20 plaza, which has AMPLE parking.
