We paid 24 dollars for two big boy heroes, and it looks absolutely nothing like the picture on the menu there was no bacon, ham, or sausage at all it was only egg. This is unacceptable and ridiculous for the price we pay these days. I almost drove back for a refund. This place is a scam and we will not be returning. Good

We ordered catering from Pantano’s for our parent’s bday celebration. Not only was the food delicious and plentiful, Paul was an absolute joy to work with! He answered all my questions and recommended the most wonderful waitress to help us for the party. The food was delivered on time with the proper set up and serving pieces. And when it was time to serve the food it was the perfect temperature. Our guests raved about the food!! Thanks to the incredible Pantano’s team. We’ll def be ordering from them again for our next event!

Ultra casual dining at best. The menu is like a local diner spread. Classic NYC options from breakfast to dinner including pancakes, EBC, chicken sandwiches, and burgers. The French toast was half cooked. You get two challah style slices with some sort of cinnamon syrup. I skipped the restaurant recipe syrup, it wasn’t the sweetest and was not going to help half done food. To add meat, they charge $4.75 and it wasn’t worth it. That also was under cooked. Half done bacon is not ideal for me. The burgers are flat patties on a huge bun. The toppings fill up the bun height wise. It come with fries. The battered kind. They are okay and you get plenty. The garlic bread with cheese was par baked. As in I need to finish hearing it up so the bread is toasted and cheese finishes melting. Strange but good portion for $4.95. This is a one & done. I don’t plan on returning.
