Service was horrible. I was charged extra for toppings and cheese, in which I didn’t receive. He literally put 3 olives in my sandwich and had the audacity to charge me more. Such a shame. This place needs a new manager and staff.

Stay away. Shop DOES NOT fresh slice the meats like the window says. Spent $11 on a foot long. Where's the meat? There is no way this could ever look like the picture. Ordered an $11 sandwich and got a $2.50 one.

I came to this location for the 1st time requested a kids menu which is displayed on the menu and they have the items in the fridge. But the male worker claimed they don't offer kids menu? Lied and said they dont have the kids menu items but they did? Also they dont take coupons? Worse subway so far.

I was helped by Nyna a warm, smiling, awesome human being. She made me feel welcomed, made conversation while tending to my sandwich and was patient while I made my decisions. I recommend anyone in the area who is craving Subway in Hewlett to stop by.

Food tastes just like any other subway. But the twist in this one is that they're so cheap with everything. You ask for extra stuff, and they either don't give it to you, or they barely give you any. This is one of the locations that doesn’t take ANY coupons. Which sucks because on the subway app, there are a lot of good offers.

Placed an online order. Arrived there 10 min later and they didn't even start making it. Think they wait until customer arrives before making food, even though I already paid for it online. If this is how they conduct business, pointless and waste of time to place any orders for take out.. quicker to just go there and order in person.

I have no idea what that was. so dam. soggy...was that even tuna??? they don't even know how to properly make a sandwich. they can learn a thing or two about how a real sandwich should be made from Firehouse Deli in Portchester.
