Smok-Haus Hicksville

Ordered a triple platter with bratwurst, shredded chicken, and pulled pork. They only sent it with pulled pork and shredded chicken, effectively turning it into a double platter which is cheaper, and ripping me off. Yes I ordered from doordash, but it is the fault of the restaurant because it clearly says triple platter like I ordered on the sticker but only contained the two meats. My first and last time coming here. Also they are kind of overpriced. Also got an order of fries for $8 lol

I just want to give a big shout out to Manny and his staff. This guy is a stand up dude. Not only is their food incredible, but his customer service is through the charts. He is an incredible person. This food is literally some of the best I've had. He will take care of you in any way possible. Big kudos for smokhaus in Hicksville. A gem of a spot and you really cannot go wrong with ANYTHING on the menu. Ambience reflects on their excellent service. I will make sure I continuously come here and bring every single person I know to try this amazing food.

what a nice place. went here for lunch with the family. great food, wonderful service, pet friendly. we ate outside under a shade. ribs were delicious, pulled pork, salad, and brisket. definitely a recommendation. can't wait to go again.

The BTB is delicious! Brisket is tender, has flavor and cheesy. Cheese fries are also good. Bratwurst sandwich is good. Wish the brat had a little more flavor. Brown rice is bland...would not recommend. All the other food I would recommend though. The spot is almost hidden in the strip mall. Just a single door. You can almost miss it. You order food on screens and take away only. 👍👍

Came for the BBQ, but ended up with 3 delicious unique Tacos. I wanted to sample a few of their meats so this was a great way to do it. One was with pork belly, another Korean beef taco and finally a pastrami taco. Each were bursting with flavor but I keep thinking about the pastrami made in house. Convenient and delicious. Cant wait to try other menu items

Recently used this location to cater for my event. They were able to fully accommodate my gluten allergy and went above and beyond to deliver a great product. My only regret is not having leftovers

I met Manny at the Best of Long Island 2025 event, and I’m so glad I did! He catered my husband’s party, and everything from the delicious food to the seamless delivery was outstanding. The portions were incredibly generous, and every dish was delicious. Our guests raved about the food all night. Manny made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. I highly recommend Smok-Haus for any special event.

Ordered a triple play for dinner, chose the brisket, pulled pork and bratwurst. All three meats were excellent. For the sides I got the Mac and cheese and Cajun corn. Had plenty left over for lunch the next day. Highly recommend.

Saw this location while in the area and decided to stop in. Previously had an ok dine-in experience at this company's main location in Garden City a few years ago. Had tried a few different BBQ/smoked meats/sandwiches from them before (GC location), but only their porchetta was something I was willing to try again. This location is a takeout only storefront. Ordering was easy, using the touchscreen kiosk. A few kiosks are available near the front entrance inside the store. Ordered the porchetta (with extra $auces) and the mac and cheese with additional porchetta, too. Store was clean, brightly lit (inside), and quiet, but staff were not visibly present; one employee later greeted and asked if I needed help, just as I finished paying for the order via the kiosk. Received my order shortly after and left. Only after reaching home did I notice I didn't receive one of the extra sauces that I had ordered and paid extra $ for. Wasn't going back because it was closing soon and the time and distance to travel back was not worth it. Food quality was not good. Porchetta had no flavor and felt like a small portion for the price. Same for the mac and cheese (with porchetta added to it for more $). Don't think I'll be trying their food again.

Good Food, But No Place to Enjoy It

Smok Haus in Hicksville delivers great food, but the overall experience falls short due to its lack of dine-in service and subpar customer attention. If you're looking for flavorful, well-cooked BBQ, you won’t be disappointed—the meats are tender, the sauces are rich, and the portions are generous. However, since it’s strictly takeout, there’s no option to sit and enjoy your meal on-site, which is a letdown, especially for BBQ lovers who appreciate a relaxed dining atmosphere.

Additionally, the customer service could use improvement. The staff isn’t particularly welcoming or attentive, which takes away from the experience. While the food itself is solid, a better ordering experience and at least some seating would make a big difference. If you're okay with takeout only, it's worth a try—but don’t expect much beyond the food.

1s't It was Extremely Overpriced with Small portions,

2nd The Beef Brisket was slimy and flooded in gravy

3rd The Pastrami Sandwich was so saturated the bread turned mushy

4th They Did Not Supply the Mustard on the side as requested.

Lastly, the Wings Were Good
But Never Again will I go back Due to my experience 👎😣

Smok Haus is a game changer, elevated BBQ, that stands up to anywhere in the nation. You can go wrong with anything, ribs, wings, brisket, you name it, they have it! don't sleep on their side...so good!

I hate to say it but this place is extremely disappointing. I have given this place 3 tries and all 3 were disappointing. The portion were extremely small for the amount of money I spent. I got the triple play. Meat is okay but for 22$ I'd drive a little farther.
