This Dunkin definitely could learn consistency with their frozen coffees. I also think that if they can't accept cash or take certain orders through the drive thru, they should put a sign up before you pull into the parking lot because people then have to struggle to get out, turn around and sometimes just have to sit through the line to get through. Other than that, the staff is great here and they all work hard!Parking: Do not park in parking lot, you'll never get out if there's a drive thru line.

This location used to be great. Recently though staff always seems preoccupied, routinely my order is incorrect. Owners should pay staff better, maybe they will then retain employees who have customer service skills.

After waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes sat at window for another 10 minutes waiting for a coffee. Lots of employees working but making orders for people in the line behind me. Absolutely no reason why my order shouldn't have been ready by the time I got to the window. Horrible service and no apology for having to wait.

I swear that they could make one order at a time I placed a mobile order and picked it up on drive thru and it took them at least 5 min to take the order and at least 10 min for them to make it and give it to them and it looked like they had 2 small coffees and a small bag and then my order was not even made so I had was 2 ice
