I placed my order and went into the Howard Beach Location for a pick up order. There were several people waiting for their orders and were never asked their names for pick up. After standing there for 5 minutes, I finally asked if my order was ready. It had been sitting there the whole time. The young man making orders literally was scrapping sour cream from the bottom of its holding just so he didn’t have to refill it. Upon returning home I realized salad dressing was not placed in my bag. I called the restaurant several times. No answer. I went back into the store upon which I was told they were out of salad dressing. I kindly asked why wasn’t I informed. The young man who was making pick up orders stated “why do we have to tell you that” I find it extremely unprofessional and inconveniencing. On top of not even being given an alternative it was very dismissive. That is not how you address customers especially ones who have paid and expect that their order was fulfilled.

Honestly not shocking at all to see so many bad reviews. I will tell you though , it’s not because of the food quality or the team members it’s because of the Management. This Assistant Manger Really provides no form of support to her team members. I’ve witness this time and time again. During rush hours she’s on her phone or leaning on a table while her entire team is drowning. To be honest the hospitality from the team members deserves 10 stars from the young African girl to Juan to the small skinny young man on online orders. I hope the District Manger gets involve to do some more development on the management team here because they really do have a very hospitable and hard working team .

Don’t say I didn’t warn you. You will have the worst experience ordering from this restaurant. I don’t know how you could mess up every single part of an order that took 3 hours to make. The rice is extremely old, crunchy and clumpy; pretty much like a rice crispy treat. Forget about anything you ask for because they’ll give you the complete opposite. I had to throw it away because I’m 100% sure I would’ve gotten sick or died if I ate from here. A 6 year old can do better than these people and that’s saying a lot.

The girl who was putting my bowl together is extremely rude. She had black frame glasses and worked on 8/30 between the hours of 8pm to 8:30pm. She needs some training on etiquette. After looking at other reviews that share the same issue management should step up and let her go. If your so miserable working their than leave the job.

Not too big of a fan of fast food, BUT Chipotle is ALWAYS my go to! I never like other locations but this one has things down to the T. I always get the same thing and am never dissapointed. My boyfriend always compliments the expertise burrito wraping skills, as well as how hearty and healthy the food tastes. Will always come back, it's worth the drive! shoutout to the super friendly team too!

I was very excited when a chipotle opened up in Howard Beach, however this is literally the worst Chipotle i've ever been to. Prior to COVID, the staff would be extremely rude while placing an order. Recently, I placed an order via the app for pickup. Upon arrival, I was told that I could not be in the store because I did not have a mask. I told them I ordered online, I was unaware that there was a policy like that (Chipotle does not specify that you must have a mask in their pick up app) and if they could just give me my food so I could leave. Instead of simply giving me my food, they decided to continue telling me I could not be in the store (literally would've been faster to just give me my food). I have been to other Chipotles and have done the same thing and HAVE NOT HAD AN ISSUE. I am now waiting to receive my refund and speak with a member from corporate. If you live in Howard Beach and don't want to deal with rude, incompetent workers, just go to mmm thats a wrap, those guys are great!

So I order a rice bowl with extra meat. SURPRISED no extra meat, almost no rice just a load of pico de gallo sauce. I will never buy from this company. I stood by when they were having problems with the food. This was the final nail in their coffin.

Really greatThis Chipotle’s customer service is really beyond. Is the only one I’ve found that accommodates my off menu order every time I order on the app with it being no issue. The one time it was incorrectly made, they readily sent another one and gave me a free entree whenever I come into store. The manager is really kind and the food is always great

My first visit was about two weeks ago and it didn't go well I ordered on line and arrived 15 minutes before pickup time only to wait 44 minutes longer. When I arrived home I found that my foods was not made correctly and that the bowl leakes all over my vehicle, long story short called spoke with a manager retired week later for a refund and unfortunately they bagged my found wrong and I called back and explained that unfortunately I wouldn't be back.

This place is like every other chipotle. You get what you expect, I always order for pick up, never had any problems with my order.
