Ordered 3 bowls and the portions were so small.I tried calling but that only lead to an email link which lead to a complaint link that effectively told me that they would get back to me.I can really eat that for dinner.Real garbage service.Spent a total of $86.What a rip off.

I have never wrote a review before, so to write this it has to be bad. I rarely ever go to this location anymore because they rip people off, it is obscene. It’s getting ridiculous. Before I tell you my order, I have to say the place is not that clean. I ordered two bowls with two tortillas on the side. The girl who made my two bowls was rushing me. When she got to the meats I was deciding and I felt like I was pushed to just pick fast so then when I asked for chicken in both bowls, she BARLEY put any chicken in either bowls. I want to say she put 2oz in each bowl I’m not even exaggerating. I was angry and stunned, I felt like I couldn’t say anything because I didn’t want to cause problems. So I got two bowls, both with regular meat (basically no meat at all), one bowl had no guac, the other did and it came out to $35. I don’t know how some customers can write even 2 stars for this chipotle location. It’s really obscure the amount you pay for little protein and unfriendly staff. I will never come back.

My wife placed an order online. When the food arrived the bowls barley had any food in them. They were practically empty. When we called the restaurant to complain and hopefully get this situation fixed the woman she spoke to blamed Door Dash. She said that the orders were incorrect and minuscule because the Door Dash delivery driver was rushing them and to call customer service before hanging up. We have been trying to fix this and can’t get a real person since the initial call. Very frustrating. Dirty Work Chipotle!

No diubt The food is delicious. However the managers play games with prices. I payed $17 for a chicken burrito. Very suspect. Will not be revisiting.

I am very disappointed with the service of this store. I order two steak bowls and Chips & Guac. After I arrived home, I realized that they only gave me one bowl with sour cream, but not the other. Also they did not give the Guac, only the chips. Then why do you charge me the fee? Maybe they want me to dip my ketchup?Then the first time I called the location number, the staff picked up the phone and was very rude to hang up the phone without explaining the solution!! I called second time, the staff asked the manager to help me, and the manager said I have to go back to pick the Guac, there is not refund for my Guac. Excuse me? My home is 30 minutes away. Why should I waste my gas and 1 hour going back to your location to just get Guac, and because of your mistake. Can't I just ask for my money back only for the Guac? I did not even ask for full refund.It is strongly recommended that the Chipotle trains employees on their service attitude before they take up their posts.

Hardly warmed the burrito wrap. Found a piece of plastic in my burrito.Woman who took my order was so quiet and when I asked her “what?” she gave me a dirty look and didn’t speak up. At least the rice wasn’t hard this time...
