Best Chinese food in Queens! I love the ribs with their famous sauce, pork buns, cold sesame noodles, deep fried wontons and more! Lisa and her staff are very warm and friendly. Highly recommended!!

Come on back to East Meets West in Howard Beach! The Dragon Lady is gone!Amazing and complete change thanks to the fact that the founder of the Original East Meets West on Woodhaven Blvd, has taken over as owner and operator of the HB location and you won't be disappointed!Friendly counter person as well as cooks who actually smiled at me when ordering. Actually saw Bell & Evans chickens being cut up for the food!My take out order was on the counter in less than 5 minutes! The new management has even organized an event where the proceeds go to the surviving family of Police & firefighters killed in the line of duty. ( Nov 17 Wine and Dine at the restaurant)The food was top notch as was the whole experience.

Very expensive (masculine) and they don't send you a spoon, they want you to eat with your fingers 20dol x beef vegetables

Me & my granddaughter decided to check this place out, sad to say service was not that great. We ordered a dessert with Nutella. I couldn’t believe the Nutella they served was rock hard. I told my granddaughter not to eat it, she thought it was frozen. I said it wasn’t frozen it was stale so when I told the lady at the front checkout, she just looked at me and said, how are you going to pay? I couldn’t believe my ears I would not recommend this place to no one. Horrible, horrible horrible.

My sister who lives in South Ozone Park orders from here and always tells me how delicious the food is so today when she came to visit, I decided to give it a try. Since it is listed as eat in/take out, I decided to physically go to check I out. Upon arriving I noticed all the table were occupied and the restaurant was very clean! Since it was mid-afternoon the bar was not open yet. I ordered the chicken and broccoli, sesame chicken and chicken lo mein and all of the items were delicious! I was in a rush today, next time I will go for lunch or dinner and eat in ! I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys Chinese food!

I tried the new East Meets West on Saturday night and I have to say that I was blown away. The Generals Tso chicken was tender, juicy and spicy just like it was supposed to be. The fried rice has nice big chunks of pork in it and it's not greasy. The boneless ribs were done to perfection also amazing and the bbq sauce is homemade. They also carry a large line of desserts,I had the warm brownie and the children had old fashion tortoni. There prices are so fair it's the cheapest place to eat In Howard Beach.
Food was so horrible. I ordered boneless spare ribs and I bit into one of the pieces and it had bone in it. Food was so bad and tasted old. $45 dollars I gave the guy a 10 dollar tip I mean I'm sure he's not the cook so I can't blame him. Got the sesame chicken for my friend with vegetable fried rice and they give him chicken fried rice. The guy over the phone was also very rude. Stay away from garbage establishments like this. Place should be shut down. Worst Chinese food I've ever eaten in my life .

Food is just OK! Customer Service is HORRIBLE. There is a young girl behind the counter (probably the owner's daughter) who does not know anything about customer service.
