It was pretty nice to find a hibachi place near home. Food was pretty. Not too "showy" but it was a slow afternoon. Would go again.

Went there for a birthday dinner, there was 1 table available but they said 20 mins wait time. They sent us upstairs to wait and forgot about us. Waited for 20 mins went back downstairs and the table was occupied. Spoke to a guy at the front desk and he said he can't do anything and that I have to wait so I left with my party of 10. This place is very unorganized they need a better system and more tables. Will never go here again. On the other hand they don't take reservations.

I’ve never left a review yet but service was so horrible I had to. When we got there the place was practically empty but they asked us to wait upstairs in the waiting area for 20 mins When I went down to use the bathroom a table was leaving and the server assured me we were next! We waited another 20 mins and decided to check, the place was full and they seated other people in the table. They then asked us to wait another 10 mins for another table . We waited 1hr ! And they even took those people orders that came after us infront of our face while we stood there. Just horrible service. Wasted over 1hr .
