The moment my wife and I got engaged, we knew we wanted a unique venue close to home in Queens. Russo's fit the bill the second we saw the venue. Priscilla took special care to answer all of my questions (as the groom who was planning the wedding). I can't tell you how reassuring she was regarding our concerns. Joe was an fantastic maitre'd during and leading up to our special day. He was attentive and jovial and put us at ease during our wedding day. Together they both understood my vision of making the theme WINTER WONDERLAND to cater to my wife's allergies of flowers while still making something elegant. Day of the wedding, Joe helped me orchestrate the surprise that I was singing for my wife with the pianist. From the moment we arrived at our wedding suite, we were greeted with a kind assistant. Ceremony space was great in being very accommodating to the decor of our theme. Cocktail hour was such a hit that people couldn't stop eating. All the guest loved the food! Our entrance was so rockstar playing our theme song from our favorite anime show :attack on Titan. Then the dinner options were delicious and plenty, allowing for guests to choose from 11 entries. The cake was beautiful and better than what we imagined! Finally the venetian hour was amazing with so many desserts for the guest to enjoy. It was such a hit that even the adults took part in all of the deserts that you only see in fancy restaurants. The icing on the cake was that we didn't have to stress about where to get the cake from because it was also done on premises and was the most beautiful cake I've ever seen. - Mei and Anthony 11/13/22

We went to Russo's on the Bay for a Bershire Hathaway Home Service Fillmore Real Estate merger. The breakfast was ok as we had bagels, pastries, eggs, home fries, sausage and bacon. The bacon taste really good. We had coffee and juices. The coffee was just how I liked it. The place is really nice. They have valet parking and the gentleman that take the cars are very nice. I enjoyed my time hear and would definitely recommend without reserve.

I had been to Russo's multiple times and had a great time. Was very interested in booking my wedding here, and would have if my experience wasn't so terrible. They are completely unreliable when it comes to appointments. Also, I was told the minimum for a Friday was 175 and a Saturday was 200, and that my current list of 145 would be a better fit for Vetro. However the maximum capacity for Vetro is 130, so I'm unsure how that would even work. The room looks like having 100 people would be a tight fit. Complete waste of my time.

Russo's sets the standard for large parties and weddings. Food is high quality and presented properly. Staff attentive and aim to please. Owner's son keeps an eye on everything and is on the ball. Facilities are top notch. Excellence for many years. You can't go wrong here. Attended 325 person wedding. Heard no complaints.

Nobody does like the Italians like Frankie's Russo's on the bay. They have real professional props stages for any themes you like . Moreover the food is excellent.. I laugh, when the Spanish, the Irish mimicking there restaurant ms naming there fake ass imitations, spaghetti& meatballs they use ketchup lol. Us Italians laugh . We use no sugar in our sauce and when you dine in Russo's your getting top quality pasta sauce, not gravy! Lol. The orange duck is to die for the elegance ambiance is spectacular that my family had over 7 venues there and personally know us . If you want good service you pay for what you get every single staff members are professionally trained to satisfy everyone who attends weddings , banquets, birthdays, anniversary parties, communion, confirmation especially weddings. Nobody in Queens can surpass there polite management they have been known for an impeccable reputation. They have class in there blood they outdo any venue in foods and spacious multiple rooms. The biggest kicks I get there elevated stages ; it's like seeing a broadway show . Book it don't waste time seeking elsewhere they have valet parking.

Awesome venue! I attended a longtime friends wedding here and it was wonderful. As soon as I walked up, I was greeted by an employee and directed where to go. I grabbed a quick drink and that bartender was very friendly. All the staffers here were excellent and went above and beyond. The venue itself looked great and had some pretty good views once your inside. The food menu was much more extensive than I've ever seen-- typically for dinner you have about four options, I believe they had over ten. Staff constantly came over during cocktail hour and dinner to take plates and refill your drink without you even requesting it. Overall, the wedding was beautiful, the venue was also. I had a great time and hopefully I'm afforded the opportunity to return here.
