Didn’t even get to try the food because the staff was so incredibly dismissive and rude.Took our business elsewhere.

I’d give it a 2 1/2 if I could, but rounded. SO many servers milling around but none available to explain the menu or actually take your order: My omelet was raw with my salad swimming in egg yolk. I sent it back and it came back burnt and flavorless. Almond croissant had almost no almonds (although the dough was flaky and delicious). Very expensive for what you get. I would not go back.

Had breakfast, omelette arrived in a pool of raw egg. They did replace it. Service was inattentive. Prices high for what it was.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options but not much for vegans.

Employees seemed frazzled, women running bar made comments complaining that they were sitting people to eat at the bar and should be turning people away. It is a small establishment made me feel very unwelcome while eating at the bar. First time there, food from kitchen came fast, descent food, but NOT worth price and lack of service, would not return. Ever.

Food was very good, but the dining room was a bit noisy. Service was sub-par. Ordered black tea, but got red tea. Ordered black tea a second time, received red tea AGAIN. Ordered a cinnamon bun to nibble on before the mains, but it came AFTER the mains. The server comped us for the bun, but it wasn’t a good experience. Eating at Swoon tonight and hoping it’s a better time.

Best tasting home fries ever very good. Croissants delicious chocolate croissants. Yes it is busy but that's why sometimes you have to go on a different day. The only question I have is when you go onto the website the prices seem five years old very low. Please change the prices on your website.

So disappointing. Despite having a reservation, we were made to wait an excruciating 50 minutes in the cold before being seated. The frustration was compounded when we observed the staff seating THREE other groups who arrived after us, while we were left waiting outside in uncertainty. On top of that, the waitress incorrectly accused us of being late. We were punctual and had been patiently waiting outside, trying to catch the attention of the staff.Once seated, the food, which we hoped would salvage the situation, took over 30 minutes to arrive. What was most disheartening was the complete lack of acknowledgment or apology from the staff for the wait or the oversight of giving our reserved table away twice. Throughout the entire experience, we felt neglected and treated as if we were invisible, which is unacceptable for any establishment. There are other reviews that mentioned the staff is discriminatory against POC. I now see why.

The Unfriendly service made me never want to come back to this place. We waited 50 minutes in the cold despite being on time and felt neglected. Two or three teams that were walk ins were seated before us and when we were trying to talk to the waitresses kept saying people with reservations should wait outside instead of giving us a realistic wait time or apologizing for the fact that they had given our table away. One waitress in particular was especially rude and kept signing and saying she was so frustrated people didn’t listen to her instead of actually listening to our problem. They kept avoiding us, said we would be seated but kept seating other tables instead. We were never given an apology and felt truly invisible. I did not appreciate the service once we sat also - took 15 minutes to even get our order in and another 40 minutes for the food. Also made us feel that we were treated differently because we were Asian.

Had a wonderful brunch, staff was extremely attentive despite the restaurant being very busy. The french toast was the best I have ever had, and the croque madame was fantastic too. After brunch we got some items from the bakery which were just as amazing. Overall was a wonderful experience and I hope to come back soon!

Ridiculously overpriced and over-staffed. $26 for bland, small mushroom toast. A dozen employees standing around talking. This place is a one-and-done burner for people who actually know food. For those who think the French name and high prices equate quality, be my guest.

Sooooo incredibly busy and for good reason. Delicious breakfast and one of the best chocolate croissant/latte combos I’d ever had. I sat at the counter where I was able to be seated immediately. Great experience really, you’re right in the middle of it all which may not be for some. Would absolutely stop in again on another visit to Hudson.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Besides the food being below average, the service was the worst treatment I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant. The waiters were extremely rude and we had to wait an hour to get seated even though we had a reservation. Never coming back again.
