Really nice little place. I go in the mornings after work with my mom and we get breakfast. I like it. The bagels are good and the lady is really nice and wears a nice jacket. My mom said the bagels sometimes give her a stomach ache but I think she’s lactose intolerant and won’t admit it’s because I don’t have any problems with the bagels LOL!Anyway, I like the place. Thank you Bagels USA!!

Terrible terrible terrible service! There was an Asian woman she was so mean to me because i wanted my bagels to be toasted and she asked me if I wanted butter. I said no just toasted please and she said "if you don't want butter why do you want it toasted, people toast it in their houses". And I said I would like it toasted but if you can't do it that's ok. Then suddenly she started mumbling and saying I don't know what you want and she started screaming. Then took the bagel bag from my hand and said I am not selling you bagels. Started cursing me. Other customers have seen it too. Disgusting service.

Not the kind of bagel you would write home about.

I just stopped there for the first time. I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese and lox. Well, only one side of the bagel was "everything" and not much of that. The bottom side was totally flat. The bill was 3:50 MORE than I've ever paid anywhere before. I realize USA Bagel can charge whatever they want, but with all the bagel places in the Huntington area there are much better choices. The actual store is a dumpy little place with almost no accommodations for seating. If you want to sit down and enjoy your meal, this isn't the place.

VALUE: 6 STARS SERVICE: 5 STARS QUALITY: 5 STARS CLEANLINESS: 3 STARS OVERALL 4.5 STARS First of all you get a breakfast special with perfectly cooked eggs (ask how you want them cooked), bacon or sausage, on a fresh bagel, AND a free coffee for $3.49!!! Thats crazy cheap, honestly that price is probably subject to change really soon because it's that much of a good deal. It is CASH ONLY which probably adds to the deal. The service was really fast, friendly and polite, I asked for over medium eggs and they were cooked perfectly, soft but not a runny mess. The bagles are fresh and made on site. The only place you could make a complaint is the decor of the place and the cleanliness of the place. The counters and food prep areas are cleaned regularly but the counters amd furniture is just old and worn and needs to be replaced. It's on the same level of a cheap NYC deli. Still thats not a reason to rate less than 5 stars because you go here for a quick pick up and go, it's not a sit down restaurant. Overall if you want quick service and a good deal when you are on the go this place is tough to beat.

Bagels we're ok but very small when compared to other bagel shops in the area. Staff was friendly. Shop was old looking.

Small place, but yummy bagels. I got a garlic bagel with chicken salad that was delicious. Also, everything was very reasonably priced. Biggest downside was cash only and it could have had a better appearance, but it wasn't dirty or anything. I was happy we stopped by and would go again.

The family here is so nice and welcoming every time you come, I stop by whenever I'm headed out to work along Jericho. The store is a little bare--could use more drink and snack options-- and by 11AM on a weekday it seems like they're down to only a few bagels, which are made on premises. The bagels themselves are good but on Long Island, the land of bagels, they are not the best around--they don't have that certain chewy goodness found in the best places. Still, worth a visit and convenient, and I like supporting small businesses with friendly service.

They are friendly, bagels decent, but they are lacking variety. These days people want to get vegetables on their egg sandwitches, such as spinage, red peppers, etc.. but they don't have any veggies unless you count tomatoes. Also they NEED to clean up that back kitchen area. It's not a good look with the clutter and dirty ceiling that looks ready to cave in. I hope they clean that area up because what they do make, they do well.

Bagels are good. Not the best, but good enough to make me open to returning. I ordered an egg bagel with scallion cream cheese, tomato & fresh lox and it was satisfying. They could have been more generous with the lox, I reckon. The interior is a renovator's dream: a bit forlorn and run down... just get an order to go and save yourself the task of having to notice the details. Nice tea selection and they do have honey (an extra half star for that), but the coffee tastes watered down (I'll take that half star back thank you very much!).

Get a fresh, in-store baked bagel here as opposed to the many delis/bagel shops that order bagels from bakeries in the area. Come by around 6 AM to get a fresh out the oven bagel with butter and you'll never go anywhere else. Not only that, but you'll be able to tell how old those other bagels are by comparing the taste. Store is family owned and operated. Facilities are equipped to prepare and bake bagels on site, every morning. Smoked salmon salad is amazing, not available at other delis in the area. Egg salad is good too. The cream cheeses are prepared fresh as well. Prices are extremely accommodating and reasonable. Pay in cash, as with every small family-owned business.
