Burgers and fries were great. Service was very slow, not sure if it was an off-night. I ordered an icecream-filled donut for my son, and waitress brought two. (Knocked it off bill). Ice cream was good, but donut seemed stale. Not sure if we will come back.

Went here with my bf and both our burgers were basically raw despite ordering medium well, and grease was pouring out in a huge puddle taking over the plate. It was disgusting. They did comp the burger after we said something but it had already taken a long time to get the food in the first place it wasn’t worth waiting all over again.

We have been dining here for long time. Today , at around 7 PM I wasn't please from the food. I had severe heartburn. I am not sure if it was the butter or whatever extras the cook add to the burger. Definitely it was bad and I have been sick for 2 days, strong heartburn which I had to take medication in order to feel better. We like this restaurant , I hope that was one time incident

Food is decent. You really have to like big extravagant meals tho to enjoy most of their stuff. They do alot of gimmicky things. We love burgers but a lot of the food was just too greasy and not really our style of food. Although I can see why a lot of people like their food a lot, not quite our personal taste. I did enjoy parts of my meal and wound maybe go back on a rare occasion. Service was good.

What happened to this place? Portions are smaller, food quality is way down. Hot dog app was disgusting. Onion rings taste as good as always but portion was half the size. Milkshakes were not good at all. Watery and no flavor. Paid extra for Oreos and only saw Oreo shavings. This used to be a go-to for our family. NO MORE! What a shame!

Don't know if management has changed at this location but nothing is the same. The menu has changed for the worse. The food for takeout is always cold and tasteless. This is a big disappointment for customers that have been going there since the beginning. Sad to say I will not be back to a place I frequented a lot.

The food is a solid 6-7 but the service is so slow. We waited over 30 minutes. The waitress was attentive with drink refills but I would like to eat my food i

Burger was dry and meat had no seasoning. Ordered well done but there was no char. Burger patty itself was large at least. Burgers start around 15 but price quickly goes up once you add ingredients, it's about $1.50 extra for anything you add. Fries were okay, lacked seasoning like the burger. Atmosphere was dark and if there was any sort of decor it must have been very forgettable. I'd rather eat at 5 guys. Area is terrible. Insane amount of traffic, no parking, and all 1-way streets make it even more difficult. Will not be going back. If you want a large mediocre burger for $20 in a dimly lit basic place with wooden tables and not much else, this is the place for you.

We went for a casual night out. The hostess wasn't very friendly and the front door never shut so there was a cold wind blowing through. I got up to shut it a couple of times but then gave up. The hostess never attempted to pull it shut when while standing right next to it.Our server was good and the food was pretty great. Loved the wings, burgers and onion rings. The fries were soggy and greasy.

Food was delicious. The kids will love this place for the milkshakes and ice cream. The burgers were ok nothing amazing. The place is small and loud.

When looking for a great burger this is a go-to spot. Like most eateries in Huntington, it is a cozy place and very welcoming. The milkshakes were watery. My only complaint. Service was on point. Shout out to Jill.

Ordered mid rare burgers for eating about two weeks ago, when they came out they were RAW. They were remade to well, but even so there's no excuse

Amazing tuna burger. Perfectly cooked. I had mine with fresh coleslaw. It was a perfect match after visiting our favorite brewing company. My husband had a classic bacon cheeseburger. The atmosphere is a basic modern burger joint with a bar. The lights are a bit bright for so late in evening but we enjoyed our food immensely.

I was at my lowest moment, and then I got the mimosa tower from Jason. After pouring our 4th tower, we soon realized that Jason was pouring with finesse and charm each time and each time it was tasting better and better. For $65 a tower you won't find a better deal in the concrete jungle.

Great burger place! We ordered the Genius burger w/sweet potato fries and marshmallow dip, Electron burger w/sweet potato fries, and Baconology burger w/truffle fries and garlic aioli dip. All the burgers were cooked to our requested temperature. We also had the Green Gravity shake (great for taking photos) and the Regular Mint Chip Shake (just to enjoy). Both were delicious and not overly sweet. AND we had great friendly service! Thank you Brian!!!
