I rarely write a terrible review but this Dunkin Donuts is a hotttttt mess. They always mess up my order and even when I do receive the order I had coffee grinds inside. No joke... It was supposed to be a caramel latte but no caramel and not a latte fun, lol .. corny... Avoid this establishment.

This location has gone down so much. The Staff are rude, not friendly and the food has a plastic taste. The wait is long for just a basic coffee. Place is not clean, garbage was overflowing, nobody seemed to care. The atmosphere is very unpleasant. I will not be

I've been in the service industry for over twenty years,and don't understand what's the issue with acknowledging your customers. Went to this location stood on line for 5 minutes and got the stares but not the hi be right with you. The looks were more like why are you here. After watching the three employees make coffee and toast eggs just stood asking myself do this place deserve my money and walked out. I will not waste my money!! Maybe the need a hand book or training on customer service.

I haven't been in this Dunkin in over 12 Years . I went in there this afternoon picked up 4 donuts. and they were dry and stale. I will not be returning back. I don't recommend anything. I had to choose something in order to

Attempt #5 of giving this establishment an opportunity to redeem themselves and they have failed all attempts. Their slogan says "Start Running on Dunkin" but it should be more like "Start Running Away from Dunkin" especially this location!! The hasbrowns are always either not cooked and/or mushy or hard, dry, tasteless and inedible. As if they were sitting out in the Sahara desert, cooked, cooled and recooked 20 times after. Unacceptable!!! Each time I make a coffee or latte order, they are extremely syrupy sweet. No matter if I ask for 1 pump, 2 pumps or 3, it's teeth chattering sweet every single time. The actual caffeine component is responsible for waking me up not the medium cup of sugar with a splash of coffee that I've received. Seriously.... How hard is it to make a customers coffee per their request? Or ensure your frozen food storage is being kept covered and fresh!!! The amount of orders I've thrown out is absolutely insane! I'm officially DONE with this location. I wish I could get my 14 dollars back that I've lost today and all the money I've given them in the past.

Largest DD in area. A little unsafe feeling due to customer who was loitering at table and asking customers personal questions. Nice displays. Service a bit on slow side.Parking: Lot is shared with laudromat. Hard to get into and out of.

This location is beautifully done and is well laid out. It is very clean. The staff was more than friendly and the food and drinks were prepared perfectly.Vegetarian options: Grilled cheese on sourdough bread was delicious.
