Stopped here in my way to work to grab some fresh salmon and lobster bisque a little pricey, but worth every penny.

This place has GREAT FISH -- it is always so fresh, from the clams to the salmon to the bass to the scallops... Gus, the owner, is the nicest person -- and really knowledgeable about how to cook each kind of fish, if you have a question. If you want something specific, call him a few days in advance, and he'll almost definitely get it for you. All the soups here are amazing -- you will not find a lobster bisque with more lobster in it, anywhere! The clam chowder and cajun corn crab are amazing. The fish and chips is also delicious, not too heavy and not too greasy. As a restaurant, it's a fish shack you'd expect to find on a beach somewhere. The place is not fancy and no one should expect it to be. The food, however, is great and the service is beyond friendly.

Lobster bisque soup & crab corn soup were very good. Great lobster roll & the fried flounder sandwich was great too. Everything was made fresh.

The seafood is fresh, tasty, and with a good-sized portion. The dining area is minimal. But that's not why you go there.

Cajun clam chowder had gone bad. Gentlemen charged me $8.50 and warmed it up in a clear plastic container. The fish looked great. Fresh. Expensive but good quality Bad experience w the soup. Took one sip and felt it was old and gone bad threw it out

Hidden gem. If you drive too fast you'll drive right by it. But I entered to quiet little spot, I was the only one there. The chef was very helpful with the selection process. It was nice and cozy. I ordered the fried grouper, it was a hefty amount of delicious fish and a soft bun with hot sauce, ketchup, and tartar sauce. It was well worth it. A little expensive but delicious.

The owner here is very rude and clam chowder soup was probably the worst I've had in my life. Will not be back

Everything is super fresh. The takeout is phenomenal as well! Have tried several other fish markets and nothing compares. Consistent high quality.

I saw a couple negative reviews. All I know is that I've been going to Fort Hill Seafood for over a decade. When I go I always get clams on the half shell, flounder, salmon and from time to time lobster. It's always fresh, prices are reasonable and most importantly I've found Gus has always gone the extra mile to make sure I walk away a happy customer.

Just ordered 3 lobster rolls so disappointed. Haven't been here in a very long time and have fond memories...I won't be back. The lobster was not fresh and they barely tried to make a simple meal appetizing.
I really liked the Cajun crab corn chowder soup and the staff treat you well. Also the clams are fresh :) I definitely recommend this place

The wild caught king salmon is amazing.

Bought a couple doz. Little neck clams. Totally ruined a meal, not to mention getting sick and Picture shows one of 6 with some sort of worms but no clam. Will never return not worth getting sick again. FYI I eat clams a few times a month, but now have to take some time off from eating one of my favorite foods.

Food was good. Needed more seasoning. Very fresh.
