I recently had the pleasure of dining at IMC restaurant, and I must say, it was an experience beyond compare. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the evening. The ambiance was inviting, with a perfect blend of elegance and comfort.But it was the food that truly stole the show. Each dish was a masterpiece, bursting with flavor and artfully presented. From the appetizers to the desserts, every bite was a delight for the senses. The culinary team at IMC has truly mastered the art of gastronomy.Moreover, the service was impeccable. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our dining experience was perfect.Overall, I cannot recommend IMC restaurant highly enough. From entry to exit, everything was excellent. The waiter was very attentive, made great recommendations, offered the special:Porter house for 2, which was delicious. Baked potato,cream spinach, donuts for dessert with coffee.

Everything was ... good. Not spectacular, but good. I got the wagyu skirt steak and was surprised to see it chopped up on my plate. I've had many skirt steaks in my life, and have never seen it chopped up as if it was going into a stir fry. Not my favorite presentation of expensive steak. The sides were fine, and the drinks were good. Service was fine, but refill on drinks took a while/longer than expected because the bar was busy.

Best brunch in Huntington. Bottomless mimosas for $20 and delicious cappuccinos. The menu is all so good, from eggs and steak with chimichurri to a southwest skillet or avocado toast and other quality options. The service is welcoming. I love this place.Kid-friendliness: I brought my three toddlers here several times. They have high chairs and the music blocks out any crying lol

Chose for a dinner to reconnect with dear friends. Enjoyed having a table near the window and the noise level was perfect for conversation. The steaks were delicious and so was the tuna appetizer- great for sharing.

Went for an impromptu dinner with my wife and son. The atmosphere was great and the food was excellent. So why only 3 stars? Our wait person was not attentive and forgot things we ordered including one entire meal, a steak, which they then tried to cook way too quickly. The manager was very receptive to our complaints and did everything he could to make it right and for that reason we will try again in the future.

We had a great experience. We ordered the special 36 oz waygu ribeye for two and it was excellent - a little overpriced in my opinion at $180, but the service, ambiance and taste was all there. Would definitely go back to try their other cuts.

IMC great Restaurant and Bar in Huntington, fantastic food and bar menu... Happy hour can't be missed and 50% of Porterhouse special is the best on Long Island ( I believe Weds & Thurs night) please check before you go. Great atmosphere and the friendliest staff await your visit. Call for reservations and first come at bar only for happy hour I saw they do a pretty awesome Sunday brunch as well.
